tlc Posted March 20, 2013 Share Posted March 20, 2013 Hi Guys, last night I had the opportunity to go up in a boom lift that goes to the height of 135 ft to take photos. It was a pretty amazing experience. I am not afraid of heights but I really decided once I was up there I couldnt let go of the railing. :laugh: So my pictures on the ground I thought were better than the ones up high. In the air. You don't know heights till you up in that little tiny basket looking down! :laugh: Thank god we had harnesses on, I clipped mine on myself as soon as I got in. :laugh: So I knew it was clipped on properly! I really enjoyed taking the pictures on the ground more I think. we had a few others 5 to go up all together and the driver so we did it in lots. Everyone was excited so it was good to capture those moments. People and animals are more my thing rather than scenery and I haven't done a lot of it, but nice to capture something different! I often go up full height in the fork basket at work and im great till i span the surroundings then I go the insecurity grab on the rails :laugh: all the while trying to look cool & collected outwards so the boys wont give me grief. The other girl in the bucket took a pic of me, not a very flattering shot but you can tell I am haing on tight. I'll grab it and pop it in here so you can see what I mean.
