Kiwigirl ! I think Miah is going be headstrong like Lacey too! ;-) I guess dogs are a like us humans, and that they all have their different personalities and quirks. It would be a boring world if we were all the same :) -

Yeah its a hard one.. we hadn't done the Cavs for a long time, but did end up getting the 3 yearly one a year or 2 ago.. Im still not convinced they are totally safe... Im conflicted too. I probably wont be doing Renae again when shes due again if she makes it to then.. She will be 11 soon and hasn't been well lately I am about to give Miah her second vaccinations soon, but will be doing the 3 yearly ones in the future while shes still youngish. I will reassess the situation carefully later..

I've never fed my past dogs a full on raw and natural diet, but am now with my new puppy as per her breeder's guidance. Its not something i enjoy preparing being that im a vegetarian, but whatever it takes to make her grow strong and healthy I will do ! Least there are vegetables and some fruits involved :) I'm bulk preparing the majority of it and freezing it into rations :)

I swear my new puppy is like a miniature border collie atm Sorry im not much help ! All the best with your puppy searching! Ps have you checked this section out on dol yet ? http://www.dolforums...dog-breeds-101/ (theres usually reviews of most breeds in there from dol members- owners)

My husband bought me some today in his lunch break The Cavalier looks like an older one and very much like our Renae ! We are surprised tho they had the rego tag on for such a shot, bit tacky ! lol but I guess its shows the owner of it is responsible and law abiding :)

OMG Alke !!! that would have freaked me out and thats with 2 adult dogs !! We had a foster dog ages ago, she was an adult dog and even she was very well behaved around the house. The worse ive ever experienced was my German Shepherd x Blue Heeler who was a notorious digger ! Maybe they were planning on making you a yummy cake but got distracted????? -

Miah is bugging Joey and Renae heaps atm, but she takes more notice of Renae than she does of Joey! lol I used to own heeler x type dogs, they were wonderful to own, but needed more work -

Its been years since I have had a kitten! Karma's the only one Ive ever had as a kitten. Leroy came to us when he was about 2 or 3.. but Raggies don't mature for years anyway, but even he isn't too bad ! :) -

Oh really jemappelle ! lol See our 2 Blenheims have never been too full on.. Joey was when he was a bit younger, but defiantly not now at almost 9. I thought having a puppy here would perk him up, but it hasn't really lol I have heard quite a lot about the Tri colour Cavs being more lively, cheekier.. well Here I go. Just wish I was these days myself ! -

Don't tell me that Minimax !!! Shes going be perfectly behaved well before then ! -
Years ago there used to be this dry dog food that I bought and the 2 main ingredients were garlic and kelp.. I used to give it to my dog I had back then to help as a natural flea deterant :)
-
But doesn't onion or too much garlic accumulate and become toxic over time? Ive never given onion to any of my dogs ever, they have had small amounts of garlic tho..

Great to hear Flynn is doing really well! We used to have a dog 'Jenna' (kelpie x red heeler) that loved empty toilet rolls, would wait outside the toilet to get one lol. Unfortunately Joey and Renae have never been into them. So its fantastic to see Miah has taken a interest in them much to my joy ! There was one in that pic, but it was shredded up into tiny bits Ive never experienced having a toddler/s of my own altho i have experienced how messy they can be having worked in CC centers and also having been a nanny a few times. Yes I agree with you, its a small price to pay for such mega cuteness (our puppies) !
