Hey Erin, when I start showing again Alex and Andrew can hang out together and discuss the financial disadvantages of showing. I bought a dog trailer last year. Have only been to one show since I bought it.

Uk Judge Banned For 12 Months For Misconduct

Seriously, you are starting to appear a bit silly now. They are two completely different threads. Yogi's win - great, fantastic. I saw it on a news post and thought, "Nice to see a HV win", nope didn't post in the congrats thread... I also don't post on birthday threads, on 'what is my dog' thread and hmm...about 5 million other threads that are on DOL. The co-owner making a tool of himself and being reprimanded. Yep, it happens to lots of people and should happen more often too. He is being discussed simply because he's "high profile" for now. Nobody in this thread said a single thing about the dog or the breed, merely that he's a co-owner then suddenly you're in here telling people off because they didn't offer congratulations to Australian connections but they will have on opinion on something other than the dog's win?? Go back to the start and read your posts. You almost look a little unhinged telling people off about having an opinion that they are entitled to have. and no, it doesn't take away from Yogi's win. I'm another who thinks the dog is a very nice dog but if the owner did indeed do as the article says, he most certainly is a bit of a twit and people will naturally discuss it. -
if you want to start playing indoors, some basic settings to get you started are direct the flash to bounce off a floor or wall set: ISO to 400 or 800 (this depends on how much ambient light you have) f4 or 5.6 1/60th of a second Play around with the ISO and the aperture and check out the result you get. Once you get the hang of bouncing the flash like that, you can move onto stuff like 'rear curtain sync' and so on.

Watermarking - Am I Doing It Right?

Everyone has a different way of doing it and for different reasons. That looks fine to me -
Hmm... I know one of my teams could do with a decent Wing Defence. I wonder if my dogs would be any good. :D

Years ago I had dogs that were let out by nasty neighbours... repeatedly. The first time it happened, the dogs rego had just lapsed so I had to pay the impoundment fee and registration then about $500 worth of fines for having dogs at large. Did I argue it? Nope. It was my oversight that the dogs weren't registered and yes, they were wandering. The council don't know me from a bar of soap and they have no idea if I'm a good dog owner or not. Lucky for me after a few more times of this happening and a visit from the council and also the RSPCA (nasty neighbour called them) - the BCC officer started to just return the dogs straight to my house and if I wasn't home, he would put them into their kennel. Pretty sad that they actually DID end up knowing me well enough to realise I wasn't a bad dog owner and that I was simply someone with a vengeful neighbour. Point is, your dogs were out, they were unregistered and council don't know you from the man down the street. Contact them and make arrangements to pay it off. Yes it sucks but unfortunately the fines are in place to deter those dog owners that shouldn't own pets... and ocassionally good dog owners will be caught up with it.

Thanks Clyde. I am falling for Red pretty hard but Rocco will always hold a very special place in my heart. I still have not gone a day without crying and missing him, now I find myself laughing at how much of a clown Red is. I know Roc would approve of Red. Prob because he is a big doofus like him. Thanks for your comments guys I think he is gorgeous too. Happy tearies for you from us here

I hope someone can be found. How sad.

Yes, still smiling. I'm now waiting for my lump of crystal to arrive

I didn't realise that for the last few years I've had asthma and after I had the twins it got worse. I used to nearly fall over after two laps around the ring and thought I was just really unfit (which I was). Back in October I started playing netball three days a week. I haven't been to a show since last August but I'm getting keen to get back out there knowing that I'll now be able to keep up with the pointers and show them a whole lot better than I used to. Now I just need a dog that wants to be in the show ring

A trolley isn't necessary. I've been showing for way too many years and never owned one. Never really missed having one either.

She must be part Pointer. ALL of mine do this to beds. (but seriously, look at that face. She KNOWS she did wrong.)

Photography is pretty much 'painting with light' - without light you have nothing. You need to understand light and how it falls and also how to manipulate it to take great photos. Here is a basic summary of shooting using natural light (just scroll down to the second post on the page) http://www.dolforums.com.au/index.php?show...0846&st=210 I actually like your photo. There is nothing wrong with having a bit of contrast in a shot

He's looking lovely

Because it's controlled by the massive amount of animals put to sleep.

Thanks everyone :D I have seen pictures of the event. I knew it was huge but didn't realised HOW huge. I'm talking red carpet, professional host, speeches... OMG. I would have died if I had to go through all that.

And just thought I better go and change my signature

We celebrated by splurging on Miss India. Nom nom nom. Now Alex is off for the night to build a wall with a friend of his. Yes, this sounds cryptic but all will be revealed soon enough

Nope - first time I've entered international, first time I've won!! I think this may even require me venturing into off topics. I need to have a brag.
