Awww Shazam, what a face!

So scarey, glad he is ok! I know what you mean about them knowing you are trying to help them. Mine are the same. Sometimes the get burs stuck between their toes and come running over with that particular paw up. Lacy once got a piece of bark stuck across the roof of her mouth, it was so stuck, I had to use all my force to get it out and she was fine with it. They just seem to know!

How Much Training Is Too Much Training?
tlc replied to Staffyluv's topic in Training / Obedience / Dog Sports
My take on it is if you know your dog well enough ( and it sounds like you do) you will know if it's too much. If he's enjoying it keep it up! -
I havent a clue what week we are up to, I'll just add a few as I take them. An unedited outtake, there is always one who goes rouge!! A couple more outtakes, Bron spotted something... Thought he would go after it, didnt matter that he was still attached to the other three, they all got dragged out of the car with him.

How Often Do We Do The 'annual' Vaccination?
tlc replied to Jess the Lab's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
I had all my guys to the vet today and before I had chance to ask about the 3 yearly vaccine the vet said it has all changed now, they get C3 every 3 years and the Kennel cough every year, she used a syringe and did the kennel cough up Lacy's nose but didn't attempt it with Bronson as she could tell it would be a problem so still gave him the KC in the injection with the C3. One of my girls will be a problem too so probly have to have the injection instead of up the nose. -
How Often Do We Do The 'annual' Vaccination?
tlc replied to Jess the Lab's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
If your vet agrees to do 3 yearly vaccine is it a different vaccine or different strength? So far all of mine have been vaccinated yearly. There is a couple of places we go that only let you go of your dogs have had their yearly vaccine. -
Whoops meant to add, if you really need the 2.8 maybe consider the Sigma version, it is a lot cheaper than the Canon and I have two photographer friends that have it and love it.
-
Hi, Its a good question and a hard one to answer. I have the 70-200 f/4 non IS. Mainly due to not having enough Money to get the 2.8 but so far I have been very pleased with it and it has served me well! Think about the kind of light you will be shooting in mostly, if it is low light and evenings the 2.8 might be a better option? I got mine at DWI I have got 3 lenses from them so far with no problems. There is a few of us here that have the 70-200 so hopefully a few will be in to give their opinions too! A couple of photos from mine for good measure! It makes a beautiful portrait lens I love this one but it is a tiny bit out of focus!

No not restrictive at all. He even has the same reaction to very loose shirts. He will stand like a statue stone still.

Na I think he was framed!
-
 Na dont think a job there would work for me, I am already the side of a house imagine with pizza on tap! Hey JJ, I PMed you on facebook I hope it went through I tried about 5 times and it kept coming up with an error wrong email address msg which is weird as it was Facebook? Anyway it said it finally went through, let me know i you didn't get it!
-
Its funny you should mention this, my youngest is usually full of beans and plays a lot but if I put a dog shirt on him of any kind he is transformed in to a quiet dog. I always assumed it was because he hates wearing clothes? The other 3 line up to get coats jumpers etc on if it is cold but not my youngest he will tell me off if he thinks he has to have a shirt on. I usually don't bother putting anything on him unless its freezing and he has just been clipped as I feel it makes him unhappy.

I'd be ecstatic if we got a decent pizza place, Pizza is my favourite!

Awww so cute, love the ears!
-
Thanks it took a bit of doing. I didn't notice till afterwards that Coopers ears are on backwards. I had hubby help me. This was the best one of them all looking, there was a few out takes!

The first thing I thought was wow you will have to change your user name! A lab sounds like it would be a perfect fit for your family, sorry to hear your little girl is sick. Puppies are wonderful therapy!
-
a couple more for me, this first one I put in a frame for my MIL, she is really sick and in Hospital at the moment so we took it to her today and she was so wrapped, it make her day. A little outtake. Another out take. They thought they needed to do tricks!

I have to week this Sunday anyway crap, pooh and dam, I hate working Sundays! The one after should be ok we will probly have obedience so if we could work it in after that would be great, we usually finish around 12 ish. Fingers crossed for good weather. I was at Albert park this evening me a girl/lady (not sure how old) was walking her Vizsla, he looked lovely, very interested in my lot but he ran over to day hi and my lot ran over to him to say hi and he just dropped on his belly and my guys were like hu what the? then he would get up run a few steps and drop again. Cooper had a bit of a play with him then he ran off back to his owner. Edited to add,I do have to do a few Sundays at work coming up but I think it's May, so an April Sunday would be good! Maybe you could bring the kids too and I could get some nice natural shots of them all together and playing? Either way I'm easy!

Gorgeous Huga, that last one is a crack up, it needs a caption!
-
They are great, It sure is a lot of fun taking them, so many cute outtakes! I really need to get my lot outside so I can use a faster shutter speed to get the action as they are pawing the ears off thier heads. I took a few more today, just looking through them now. I am adding textures to them as the background is awful!
