I was out walking mine at 6am. Home now, curtains all drawn closed, I sure wish I had aircon, not looking forward to today.

I'm hoping to be out very early tomorrow, it will probably have to be around 6am or earlier to beat the heat here.

My dogs didn't get walked today, too hot for all of us.

His bum end looks almost identical to his front end. you could put 2 glue on eyes on there and it would look the same.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the one of the pup standing on the beach/sky! As to your new camera fear, I understand exactly how you feel. When I first bought my Canon 400D I was too scared to take it out of the box! It's just taking that first step. Sit down, unpack it all and then put it on the table and get your manual out. It will be set out so that it shows you how to charge up the battery, there'll be diagrams of what all the buttons are. Just start playing around taking photos, and keep the manual with you, so if you get bamboozled you can refer back to it. Most of all, have fun!

what area was this? I hope your car is covered by insurance. I was further out and we only got the edge of the storm, that was scary enough, I cannot imagine what it was like where you were.

Just checked out a few brown trout ones. Pretty boring photos mostly of dogs just standing there. I'd rather something a bit more spontaneous.

get rid of any standing water you might have in your garden, even the shallow bit in the bottom of pot plants. That's a start.
