My girl does well on BH but my boys coat was looking and feeling awful (he is a solid black). He has been on Canidae grain free for about a month and his coat is lovely.

I'm dreading my renewals this year. Last year they went down for Molly because they dropped the refund from 100% to 80%. However for me it is so worth it, I've probably claimed in the figure of $10000.00 for both dogs and with Coopers upcoming total hip replacement(s)(around 13000.00 if he does have both done) I am by far ahead. Just my thoughts :)

My German Shepherd girl has had two hotspots before, the first one was awful. She had to go to the vet and be sedated for it to be treated, it came up overnight

Cooper (13 months) is the first male I have ever had too and I was a bit unsure what to do! I put a stop to any humping that I saw. He would try and get up on the couch and due to crap hips could only get his front up so I guess it stimulated him a bit . A "NO" and pull him off worked...so far!

I live in a rural area on an acre and have on a corner block. There is a front yard as such , so no dogs have access to the drive or front door. But the rest of the front of the section enables them to have access to the street frontage. It is fenced but farm fencing (gates are padlocked). I have run a hot wire just back from the fencing. My female does bark but as I am home 24/7 she is not usually outside alone for more than a few minutes. If I hear her nutting off I call her inside. I hate how she carries on but I cannot afford to put 6' solid fencing around the whole section It doesn't thrill me how she is but I have apologised to the neighbours who walk their dog and Molly will bark.

We visited both Dr Ray Ferguson and Dr Peter Laverty on monday and they both agree he has to have a THR on his right hip. Fingers crossed that he will not need the left done. I have to try and build more muscle before the surgery so at this stage there is no date set but it won't be before Christmas. Updated xrays

I was going to suggest an infection but if it is clear that doesn't sound too likely? My foster and pup had kennel cough and got a secondary infection that sounded similar but their discharge was yellow/green.

I titre my two and the OB and agility club we used to go to accepted them. The agility club had never come across it before and had to check and get back to me. I have never boarded my dogs so no idea about that.

I so hope it helps him. Do you think the post office would let me post some to you to try? I bought the 500 tablets so it is a huge bottle and I would feel really guilty if Mac couldn't tolerate it for some reason. I am happy to bottle some up and try and post it but just don't know if it would get through? Miss Molly does seem generally a little less anxious but it's so hard to quantify that maybe I am just being hopeful. She has no digestive issues from the tablets though so that's a great start! Anywhoo let me know if you want me to send some through:)
