mmmm another of my babies left today...i am a little uneasy now as they informed me they are going away in may and have arrangened for thier other cairn and the pup to go to the boarding kennel....first I have heard of this. So I said I didnt think boarding kennels took not fully vaccinated puppies..proceeds to tell me this it thier friends kennel...sooo uneasy, especially as this area is in the middle of a bid of a parvo epidemic. I have firmly told her ,y thoughts of the pup going there as NOT a good idea and I WILL take him here as the puppy was my number one interest, still uneasy and worried though.

eeek i saw this too..I ahve to take my litter down there for shunt testing tomoorrow....ekkk i just rang them and enquired as to thier cross infection protocol, use of disinfectants and iso wards etc before I would even THINK about taking bubs down there... All good.

lol, I woldnt have been able to help myself and asked what he had won too, them proceeded to tell her about my import and his pups from a gr ch bitch and they still cost far less to buy and are health tested as well then her oodle x bred..lol Im a bitch though... ;)

Oh wow tough one...dosnt sound as if its come from you but in the end its still a pup you bred. can you get a statement in writing from your vet? I vaccinated at 8 weeks rather then 6 now for this very reason, i too am paranoid Not sure what else you can do, I really hope that poor baby recovers I hope you do too, such a shock Was it in a hired crate? They are generally not terribly well disinfected.. (I buy my crates of ebay in advance if i know they need to travel, charge what I pay (generally under $30) and disinfect majorly!)

Glad to hear she is ok. ive used a salt paste before after my gutz got to a block of dark choc, she was SO mad a t me for making her sick, she ignored me for the rest of the day (my oldest cairn) Milk choc I just tend to watch them, but thats only happened once last easter and she was fine..
