  1. Thanks for that information, I will give her a ring and organise a massage for my girl. I do hope all goes well for your brave boy. Trish
  2. Sorry to intrude on your post, but where are you getting your boy massaged, I'm sure my whippy, who is nearing 15, would love one. I did have one done once before, but I wasn't really happy.............. Thanks, Trish
  3. I ordered my PP on the 20/4, received an email on the 21/4 say it was being dispatched that day, and I received it on the 27/4, there was a long weekend during that time, so I was very happy with the service I received from Odourgo, and I am happy with the product. Trish
  4. I'm afraid Vivitonin hasn't helped my 14 1/2 year old whippet at all, I was hoping it was going to help but no luck. She still is very clean, but is often pretty vague, stands out in the rain, etc, so I've bought her a Drizabone coat, cos her polar fleece ones get wet and I'm not always home to change coats. She keeps me on my toes, but every day I have with her is a blessing. I can't imagine life without her.
  5. I had my security door made, and they cut out a large opening (so that my greyhound could fit through, and then made me a mini security door that slides into tracks either side of the opening, it has a little lock on it, so that it becomes a secure security door. It works really well, if I need the dogs to be locked inside or outside for any reason, then I just slide the mini door in, or if I am going away I just lock the mini door and it becomes secure. I have a dog door in my wooden door too, and its flap fits through the opening in the security door, which just has heavy plastic strips hanging from it to stop flies from entering the house. I dreamt this up myself and then had to find someone who would make what I wanted, that was the hard part. Trish
  6. Oh, is this the beautiful Sam, how sad, he is so adorable. I do hope that there is a good outcome for him. Trish
  7. Thank goodness she is with you, goodness knows what the poor little thing has been subjected to. Some people should not be allowed to have animals.
  8. I am so sorry that you are having to face this decision, but you are being unselfish and putting your boys welfare before yourself. Allow yourself all the time you need to grieve, and hopefully soon you will just remember the good times. I fear that I will be facing this soon too, and I am just dreading the day, I can't even bear to think about it. I will be thinking of you.
  9. Ohhhhhhh she is divine....................so pretty...............so cute............... makes me want another one, especially as I don't have that colour. Trish
  10. I received my Talc today, haven't had time to try it yet though...... Trish
  11. I cry when Pood owners bring their dog in for grooming and say " don;t make it look like a Poodle " FFT is the only way to go I do too, hmmm why buy a poodle ????
  12. Fingers itching to do a FFT.............
  13. I emailed an order the other day and had a reply that day.
  14. I'm sorry, I left the k out, it should be [email protected]
  15. Thanks, I have been grooming for many years, too many to mention, and I had Condys in the back of my mind for fungus feet infections, but was loath to recommend it unless I verified the information. I have passed it on to the owner, she also has a Powder Puff whose feet always look a bit sore, so she is going to try a mild mixture with him too. If that doesn't help Betadine will be the next thing to try. They have spent so much money at the vets for creams etc, and the problem has not improved at all. So
  16. Phew I'm glad they are OK, you'd better have a brandy after that episode. Trish
  17. I forwarded the email that I had sent on the 12th April again, it was going to be my last shot at contacting him. Lo and behold I got an email back in about 10 minutes, so I have replied to his question, but haven't heard any more. The email addy he answered on was [email protected] so you might have some luck with that. Good luck, Trish
  18. No, I don't have a contact number. I did email the supplier when he got lots of DOLers wanting the product a while back, but he said that he only does orders by email so that orders can be correctly placed and he just preferred it this way. I had trouble finding the blocks on the website too. I have a leaflet here with lots of information about this stuff. Would you like me to scan it and put it on here? That would be great thanks, I am very interested in them. Trish
  19. I have been waiting and waiting for them to reply to my emails, on one occasion it took 3 weeks for a reply, and I have presently been waiting since 12th April for a reply to my last email. If this is a sample of their service, I just wonder how reliable they would be if I actually went ahead and ordered the beds I have been enquiring about. I am fed up, even though I really wanted a couple of their beds, I am going to start looking at Snooza donut beds for my whippies now. Trish
  20. I have no idea. I use it on bedding and other area's and have never noted any irritations, but you might be better off finding out directly from the company, or even find out why your dog is so smelly. What does she smell like? Winterpaws, this company also make odour blocks. I have a lavender one and a peppermint one. I use the peppermint in the toilet, and lavender is in my lounge room. I am interested in the odour blocks, but can't find them on their website..........I have ordered the talc 5 ltr, hopefully it will arrive soon, can't wait.
  21. used this with success in treating fungal infections on dogs feet? I have a client (poodle) who has this problem, the creams etc from the Vet have not been working, and I know that I have heard somewhere in the deep dark past that Condys crystals work really well. I would be really interested if anyone has tried this and had success, cos' this poor dog is being driven mad with his itchy feet. TIA, Trish
