  1. Thank you for sharing your story about Emma and her battle. Loved the pic of her and her cupcake! She looked like she was so waiting for ot and i loved the fact you celebrated her life in the way you did. Hugs to you and Emma and we wish you all the very best in the time you have left together. It hurts a lot to come in here as I too have lost a beloved Black and Tan to Osteo, but I am so very glad I did. :) Thinking of you both each day.
  2. So very sad. RIP Lennox. We will not forget you!
  3. Good luck with such a big litter! Look forward to seeing the names and of course the pups! :)
  4. I have no news for you. I wish you all the best. I will be interested to see how the TCI goes. Good luck!!!
  5. Exactly!!! Congratulations to all that achieve the title, well done!
  6. I saw that in Woolworths the other day, great news there is a UHT Goat's Milk again!
  7. I vaccinate at 7 to 8 weeks and chip at the same time. I register the litter after that and only when I know who was going where and what I wanted. For advertising list your pups as a litter born. I did not worry about my recent litter in regards to the chip number until the pups are after 8 weeks of age (when we can let them go home - hence they are for sale) and if you do not let them leave till a bit later then that is when you would need to list the chip number as I see it. I currently have two pups still available, they are now listed with their chip numbers and they are 13 weeks old, they did not have that listed until they were 11 weeks old. Re - Rego papers. I explain to puppy people that the registration papers will follow, they are happy for that and I have yet to have a problem. But under Vic legislation I think it will be a while before all breeders and sellers comply with the requirements for chips. Yet another rule we Victorians need to comply with!
  8. :) As the topic says, I am looking for recommendations for an Obedience Training Venue near Werribee. If you could also please let me know when they train that would be great! Thank you in advance.
  9. rajacadoo, The UHT that you refer to is no longer being made by Nanny Goat Lane. There are two suppliers of goat milk for the Supermarkets here in Australia; Pauls and Caprilac. Or you can get the powdered goat milk, this is very handy to have and can be sourced through Yum Organics. Here is the thread on Goat Milk from March this year. Hope that helps. :)
  10. Congratulations Bisart and Rhemy!
  11. Sorry to hear about the little girl puppy. Trina, don't be angry with yourself, these things happen and Rottweiler bitches are known for being a bit unaware of their body in regards to pups as well as some other breeds. It is just one of those things and you can't beat yourself up about it. I will give you a call today, time got away last night and I needed some sleep, you know how it is!
  12. Very sorry to hear this terrible news. Wishing you and Bison all the very best in his fight. :)
  13. I think you should find it easy to find someone or a number of people to share the shipment. ;) Just give it a bit more time to find them.
  14. Congratulations hilaryo!!! What a big litter, wishing mum and pups all the very best!
  15. CC with her 7 day old babies. Mum and pups all doing well!
  16. Congratulations Weisnac! Wishing Mum and pups all the very best! Hesapandabear, thank you for the congrats, I have only just seen your post! :D
  17. Good luck buddy1 , I hoped they looked OK???
  18. buddy1 congratulations on your pending litter! Re; the velcro ID bands, I won't use them, they are very stiff. I do know of somebody who did use them on their newborn litter and unbeknown to them the band did wear into the puppy's skin, so because of that and the concerns I have about the stiffness I haven't used mine (have sourced two different suppliers, one is softer than the other but still has the stiffness ). I think that constant washing them should soften them, but am yet to see that. I use ribbon for my pups and then into matching coloured collars when they get a bit bigger. I do think the velcro idea is great and hope that somebody may come up with a soft type velcro collar.
  19. BB, whelped on the 1st March, due on the 2nd March, with 6 females and 4 males. Thank you. :D
  20. Thank you for all the lovely comments on our litter, we are very happy! :D Fordogs so very happy to hear you had a good night last night with Bella.
  21. I think Rawlinson was going on holidays a little while ago, I think he is back by now. Great turnaround, a very easy man to talk with and very helpful, I will be using him again for all of my dogs in the future! Include your email in a cover letter and the results will be emailed to you the day they are scored, too easy!!!! :)
