Pockets Posted October 31, 2010 Share Posted October 31, 2010 I watched the General Specials at the WDCV, I must say I thought the judge was quite rude : I didn't exhibit but went to watch the winning shepherds from the specialty go through...the judge was apparently scared of German Shepherds and didn't even go over the dogs at all, sent them out on an up and back and on more than one occassion as the dog was going away from her at the start of it's up and back, she didn't watch and was looking down the line at the other dogs....one shepherd came back after it's exercise and the handler stopped to free stand the dog and the judge walked off before the dog even stopped! helen Posted October 31, 2010 Share Posted October 31, 2010 The Brittany show was at Lancefield, they also had a German Shepherd Dog speciality and there was also the Rarer Gundog Spanield Club and Gundog Club of Victoria shows. I agree we must all be mad showing in that weather. No 9 was freezing LOL, but she wasn't the only one.
