The toledo man is the same one as when i got my first trailer 7 years ago...weird... I got a new bigger one 3 weeks ago but haven't used it yet. Bummer that yours wasn't good pockets mine was really good and I haven't heard any bad raps for them before yours sorry to hear. I have herad that Champion trailers have had many problems but have never owned one.

I have used dogtainers with no problem but a friend flew her girl from Sydney to NZ and she wasn't toilet at all. She was left in the crate evernight and until arrival in NZ, she had pooped and wee'd in her crate and was very distressed on arrival

You can complain to the CCCQ about him not being chipped. Check your contract re the scoring, if you agreed to do it, it's not fair to not do it now. Speak with the breeder re neutering him, she may not mind..... you need to be up front with people then there is no bad blood.

In Bernese almost every registered breeder xrays, it is a breed club requirement to be on their breeders list but still basically not enforced

Which breeds are required to xray? Labs, rotts and shepherds? Any more?

Bernese Mountain Dogs don't have a requirement it's just an unwritten rule that any 'good' breeder xrays and scores hips and elbows. The ANKC should make it compulsory for registration in many more breeds than it does but i think clubs need to campaign for this (is that right?)
