so, he's being offered mushrooms!!! I would have thought if if the people trying to catch him took along something more traditionally eaten by dogs it would be more likely to get him thinking people are bringing him food.
-
I haven't read all of this. Dumb question probably but is someone going there regularly with food? Does the dog associate seeing people with getting food?

Oh no, Yogi you silly duffer. I hope you are OK and resting comfortably. The whippets and I are sending you whippety healing vibes, hoping all the wood and foreign matter is out and you will heal quickly. Whippets and speed, they really should be made to apply for a licence before they're allowed to run flat out, they're a danger to themselves.

I love queenslanders, really I dont know why they weren't adopted all over the country, at least in the hotter parts. It's sad they dont still build them.

Wow, your dad looks like someone out of The Great Gatsby in that pic of him on the lawn. It's so good to see that they really loved those dogs. Just fabulous photos, all of them. Do you have any uncles or aunties who might be able to tell you about the photos?
-
do you think so. It's got a coconut palm out front though. I cant see it in the other pic. I thought the photographer might have just taken two pics with the car in the same spot so we're just seeing both sides of the street.
-
Quite possibly taken on the same day, car might have even been parked in the same place, just a pic taken from 2 angles. It looked like a well to do area for the day, the houses are all really nice, well kept, good fences, all very neat. I wouldn't mind living on that street today if it still looked like that.
-
Oh Wow, what great photographs, what treasures for you! He really loved his dogs didn't he. Look at the beautiful old queenslanders in the background. Thanks for posting these.

Help! Statistics On Unwanted Puppies/whelping Costs?

I hope she sees some sense and doesn't go ahead with it. I did all the right things with my bitch, I even kept a diary from day one of her pregnancy and used to write everything in there. I realised something was wrong about 4 days before she was due to whelp but I couldn't convince the vet. She just thought I was being obsessive and worrying for nothing. Things went very very wrong and I nearly lost my beautiful bitch and all the puppies. She had an emergency caesar and spey and was in intensive care for 3 days while I was left with a box of 8 puppies to hand raise. And all this was while I was paying attention. Things can and do go very wrong. I ended up about $2000 out of pocket even after selling the puppies, so I hope she's not assuming she'll make some money out of it. She might, but she better be prepared for the worst to happen as well. -

waaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh! runs screaming from the room -
Have to say I thought the deck, what we can see of it, looked lovely too. I could just imagine sitting out there enjoying the shade and watching the birds.

The Canon 50mm 1.4 has a reputation of auto focus failure and I had it happen to mine. Luckily although about 6 weeks out of warranty Canon fixed it at no charge, after a bit of too-ing and fro-ing of emails. Phew!

I'm in love. There's another one of him with a very important message too. -
with slow shutter speed, camera was set at F11 and 15 second shutter speed. you click the shutter button then the teacher moved a torch over the outline of his body. Hmmmm methinks he was bragging or dreaming.
