  1. If that were my kitteh, it would be getting steak every night for the rest of its life.
  2. No, not normal, I suggest finding another breeder.
  3. Id love to punch him in the face. How did he get on tv??!
  4. I use this one on my Aussie, she is red Merle and has some pink patches on her nose and muzzle http://www.petbarn.com.au/cats/cat-health-wellbeing/vitamins-supplements/vetbasix-sunscreen-spf15-75g.html
  5. I have heard that Australian Shepherds may not have a high tolerance level...that's just what I have heard, that they can be a little temperamental. Yes I wouldn't recommend an Aussie with small kids in general. Some would be fine though, but in general. I don't know why people recommend them as "easier than a border". I agree. My Aussie gets a bit freaked out by little kids.
  6. Neither of mine will wear coats Mosley rips them off and Lili just stands there refusing to move :/
  7. Hopefully one of his "students" eats him.
  8. Lili reacted with a lump like this from her second puppy shot. The vet said it happens sometimes and should go down shortly, which it did. Id just keep an eye on him, its not an uncommon reaction.
  9. I reckon he's just pushing his luck, he's a teenager isn't he?Mosley will growl if he has an injury and we're trying to touch it though so it's possible he was sore.
  10. Agree. OP it sounds like your new vet has a clue so that's good :) I hope it all goes well.
  11. Thanks for all the responses :)
  12. Does anyone have a link or know the rates for pyo in dogs? I've searched and can find lots about symptoms etc but can't find anything about how common it is... TIA :)
  13. It's more than risk though, the dog can be suffering even if they appear to be fine. Negligent IMO to have a dog with bloody poo and not do anything about it unless it is life threatening. Oh I agree completely, just didn't see the point in telling the OP that as it's not their dog. Hopefully they've taken it to the vet by now :/
  14. Yes, Lili had a bout of colitis a while ago and had to be given fluids manually for 24 hours, it wasn't pretty, dogs go downhill much quicker than people.
  15. Well its up to them but I wouldn't take the risk.
  16. Mine are 5 now and still eat their beds  they get op shop blankets now!
  17. Never heard of it and would never do it. That is not the way vaccines work so it wouldn't help anyway. Trainers should stick to training!
  18. Lili will actually come in with me (our toilet is tiny) squeeze herself into the corner and just sit there... Watching  freak
  19. Yeah, that's great! I'd also get pictures of their unsecured gate.
  20. I would have lost my shit. I'd be taking them for everything I could get, ferals.
