Victoria has about 160 All Breeds Champ shows scheduled for 2012. Thats a lot of shows for a small state.

Show in Conformation and Obedience. At conformation shows we often take a retired dog in pet trim to meet and greet the public, takes the emphasis off the poodle in show coat. Member of breed Club and spent several years on committee and as Puppy information officer. Attend pet fun days and expos to show that poodles are great pets. VCA Pets as Therapy with 2 dogs. Responsible Pet Education program with 3 dogs. We do professional advertising and modelling work with the poodles. We also remember how we were treated when first showing and go out of our way to make new exhibitors welcome and offer help with grooming.

Numbers arrived in Melbourne. Judging starts 10.00AM. Group 1 begins with 1 Group 2 " " 183 Group 3 " " 288 Group 4 " " 409 Group 5 " " 506 Group 6 " " 576 Group 7 " " 733 last No: 828 Good entry for a country show.

We have entered dogs at Vic shows, owned individually by us (Mother & daughter)living at the same address. Have also entered dogs we have campaigned for friends. I have always sent one check, one SAE and never had a problem. Usually the same breed, but I could see confusion if you had different breeds or Groups.

Thanks everyone. Athena has followed her grandmother with letters at both ends of her name. She also works with me in the Responsible Pet Education program visiting primary schools, we are very proud of her. Athena gained her 3rd pass for CCD today at Northcote's trial. She is now CH & Neuter CH Edinourne Darkwithpanash CCD.

Great news for the show tonight... Athena is now... Aust Ch Neuter Ch Edinourne DarkWithPanash She gained her final points tonight and also won NEUTER IN GROUP!!! Thankyou to the shows that have held Neuter classes. I wish more shows would support this title.
