  1. Thank you all very much :) I will wait until we get down there to contact both groups, thank you :)
  2. Oh he is a darling and I love his name too! My pup loves swimming too, took straight into the waves at the beach like a seal :)
  3. Wow these are great! So interesting and my goodness Buddy weighs more than my GSD girl!
  4. We just signed a contract on our house today so hopefully in 5 weeks we will be moving down to Victoria (looking at Raymond Island) so if anyone can recommend any training clubs I would appreciate it please :) Also am I right in thinking that IPO is banned (?) in Vic? Thank you in advance :)
  5. I feed about 5% of their raw diet as offal. Kidney and livers mostly.
  6. Keeping all paws crossed here for good news.
  7. Yes the throat seems to be a favourite spot to chew on  Aww she is growing up!
  8. She is beautiful and I laughed at the last one...that looks all too familiar here  How old is Thea Rose now?
  9. I have a Petsafe collar like this one but the code on mine is BC-103. http://www.barkcontrol.com.au/buy/petsafe-advanced-bark-control-collar-pbc-102/21 My girl started going nuts when the house next door sold and the new owner moved in. Molly is an inside dog too but we do play in the back yard and she goes out to toilet of course. Molly is ball OBSESSED but if she hears the neighbour she will drop her ball and go to the fence and carry on. I really have struggled with this behaviour. Now she will bark once or twice and that is it. To me a happier neighbour is worth it.
  10. I just had mine done through Vetpath and it was for 12 months.
  11. German Shepherds for me! But one day maybe a Malinois and I would LOVE a greyhound.
  12. Krystal&coco Here is a link to a page with some info :) http://www.canine-epilepsy-guardian-angels.com/titer_test.htm I have just titred both my dogs as I do not agree with vaccinating if not required. And also Cooper (my puppy) had a vaccine reaction to his second puppy shot so I did not want to risk giving him the last one. And here is a link to Dr Dodds and the protocol she recommends. http://www.itsfortheanimals.com/DODDS-CHG-VACC-PROTOCOLS.HTM
  13. Keeping fingers crossed it does go down for good.
  14. My vet normally uses Gribbles and I was quoted $300 plus but thanks to SecretKai mentioning that Vetpath was cheaper, he opened an account there! How's that for great service! So I was charged $97.70 for parvo/distemper. That price included $29.50 for blood sampling fee. Perhaps see if your vet is approachable to doing the same?
  15. Any updates? I hope it is nothing to worry about.
