  1. I am so sorry for your loss May she RIP
  2. Foxy – German Shepherd – 16 years old, was put down because of old age. In the last two years of his life he was deaf as well. If I clapped my hands hard he could hear that and look at me. Lucky – Kelpie – 15 years old was also put down due to old age, he was blind the last year of his life. Both great family dogs, loved by all. Both dogs had great lives :)
  3. I agree with the weight difference the kitten would have no chance. You know they saying "curiosity killed the cat"...hopefully in this circumstance they become friends :)
  4. I am sorry for your loss Take comfort that she fell asleep and did not suffer. RIP Skoota
  5. It didn't work for me this morning as it froze my pc as well, however, opened up this evening - amazing photos! :)

  7. Great clip - thanks for sharing :)
  8. charming. I think you left out time and effort...give the dog-owner a break. Have some understanding considering the circumstances...she explained what happened. RIP dogs and chickens.
  9. Obviously they are not sane to do such a horrible thing. I hope the dog recovers from his injuries, poor darling :)
  10. Your company allowed puppies into your office - how awesome is that...!!!! I wanna work where you work, all I have to play with in my office are engineers...and they're no fun..... At my work over the years I have allowed my staff/volunteers to bring in their pets. My assistant on numerous occasions brought in her guide dog 'Danny' that she and her partner were training. When Danny finally graduated and left and went to Japan, they bought another dog 'Maggie' who was also allowed in the office. Another one of my volunteers got a puppy and she rang me to ask if she could bring her in as she was only with her for a week and of course she did not want to leave it alone for 8 hours and that was okay with me, as long as she took care of any mess the puppy would do. It actually behaved, firstly we put her in the bathroom, but a few hours later she was either sitting and falling asleep on my lap whilst working or on her mama's lap. I am pretty flexible with my staff and volunteers - after all you want to keep them happy as well. :)
  11. I don’t agree with the way he left the two dead dogs in a plastic bag outside a church to make his point. I understand his reasons for shooting the dogs – very unfortunate. I hope the poor dogs did not suffer. RIP
  12. I just saw this on the news tonight about a farmer who stayed in his town after the disaster that hit Japan last year. What a wonderful man to stay and care for all the animals. The dogs are adorable :) http://www.bing.com/videos/watch/video/man-stays-in-japans-no-go-zone-to-care-for-animals/6amtyop
  13. There are many things it could be - anything from a mossie bite, to an injury, to a fungal infection (ringworm) to a couple of different types of tumours that can come up suddenly like this. Have it checked out properly, reasonably soon if it does not look better. Some of these things can be potentially nasty if not treated early. Cheers I tend to agree with canine, have it checked out soon if it 'does not look better'.
  14. Yes I tend to agree - why let this poor animals suffer?
  15. Just checked out his twitter account, he only has 192 followers...what a joke...I have more followers. He is insane
  16. I agree there should be more ads all around Australia as well. We have had too many dog attacks, too many people getting hurt or worse getting killed. Who can forget the fate of little girl in St. Albans last year? Not me.
  17. Should we be surprised that the City of Ballarat has declined to comment? NO Poor dog and owners, feel so sorry for them
  18. I tend to agree with you and cost should not be an issue, but what is best for the dog. Gorgeous dog by the way.
