Like fat little butterballs.

Is it hard to tell them apart?

some sad news in here today, so sorry for all those who lost wee ones :(

My girl seems to be getting Mastitis..her boobs are rock and lumpy. Ive started giving her some antibiotics and have twice today wrapped cabbage leaves over her boobs while she was outside for 20 mins and pups were asleep. Shes still feeding well, and eating well, but they feel AWEFUL...

Anyother ideas?

Is ther any easier way to keep the leaves on her boobs? Ive bandaged them on..could I make a poutice or somthing and put it in muslin to fit over better? Idea?

Cut the legs of a pair of panty hose(or maybe your little girls tights since cairns are weeny small :D ) and put around her tummy with pads between the cabbage and the pantyhose to give a bit more support to the leaves.

I learnt this from BilboBaggins when we had a shocking mastitis last year :D love DOL

Yup did this, but she was like WTH??! And tore/rubbed it off..so I got a wide bandage and bandaged them on, got photos too...lol!! Worked, she's great now!! Lol

Will upload some pics from big computer later today. Pups are a week old and fat wee wombats, mummy is sooo awesome, she retires after this litter to live the life of a spoiled pup of our very own DOL Megz nana :D

3 new little red kids were welcomed into the world last night - 1 boy who never stopped squeaking for the first couple of hours and will be called i-squeak and 2 little girls. First time mum was a little anxious to begin with, not sure where to put herself and insisting on continually cleaning the babies and upsetting them, but seems to have worked it out and is much more relaxed this morning.

Pups were born yesterday morning. I born at 1:40am and the rest by C-section.

The biggest and the smallest. Little Ebony weighing in at just 140gr and Spot in at 311grams

So how many did she have Mystiqview? I hope mum and babies are OK - and why the need for the c-section? Gees I thought my guys were little, but Ebony takes the cake. Good luck and I hope you get more sleep than I have been!
