Thanks so much for an update - keep 'em coming!! Otto is just huggable , and it seems you're doing the educating thing well. Just one thing ..he may seem almost toilet trained , BUT that baby brain & bladder has a way to go ...physiologically it takes months . 4-6 , usually . Looking forward to the next update -

Wow. let me think about this one. All I can say is this poor pup probably should not have been rehomed. if her anxiety is this bad she WOULD have been showing signs before she came to you . Was she in a foster home, or did she come from a large facility/kennel? Poor little mite. Some dogs are born this way .... . -

Purchased puppy 4 weeks ago and has fallen ill with a congenital disease

Worrying for you, I know, however, a slight weight loss is hardly a symptom in a hot hot summer and growing animal ... was an x-ray done for hip problems, or just of the spine ? Is pup otherwise absolutely normal? No extra drooling? no extra drinking? keen on food, still interested in everything ? The vet clinic you go to - are they experienced with large breed pups? -

..and this is a good pointer to start training BOTH dogs to learn to spend time alone And enjoy it. make being alone that time when ONLY the best teats come out - the big raw bones , especially . NO BRB's at any other time ;)
