  1. Beautiful guys, This is probly my favorite thread at the moment! Harvey looks like he is having a serious moment! Ktig, absolutley love the smiley one of Paddy, just gorgeous! Also cool raincoat! I had to laugh, air con one minute raincoat the next! Dogfan, Abbey is so smiley as always! I just thought I would post a random of my guys not so staged, I have been sick so they are keeping me company!
  2. Love that, nice light! Sorry to hear your bowing out.
  3. All 4 of mine were out and about at 8 weeks, we didn't go to the beach (to many people don't pick up after their dogs and its too risky for parvo etc) till after full vac but everywhere else we went. We did steer clear of heavily populated dog areas and I spoke to my vet about any recent cases of parvo about town and there were none. You will always get conflicting advice on this subject especially here. Enjoy your puppy, they don't stay pups for long enough!
  4. Love Bella looking out the window, I didn't see it when I posted my guys, we must have been posting at the same time.
  5. Loving everyones photos in here! I'm a bit late and we haven't been anywhere exciting due to me being sick so just a quick snap this week, with the big fella not so cooperative. Mum was inside and came to the window.. "Hi Nana"
  6. Day 62 My mum has ben constantly cleaning cooking and everything in between while I have been sick, she is a god send! :)
  7. I often wonder that Jules, Cooper has probably only ever done the really awful mournful howl 5 times in his life and I wonder what sets it off. The yipping is frequent and I think it is just dreaming.
  8. This has exactly described Cooper, he doesn't do it all the time but when he does especially in the middle of the night it is scary. The very first he done it, (years ago now) I literally felt like I was going to have a heart attack, it gave me such a fright and I couldn't wake him up, it was awful. I didn't want to rouse him awake and give him a fright and doing it gently just wasn't working. After what seemed like an eternity (in reallity probly only about 20 seconds) he finally woke up. The sound kind of has a siren quality to it. Cooper also yips in his sleep, like he does if he is chasing a rabbit. and sometimes it is like he is crying in his sleep. None of my other three do it. But Lacy snores.
  9. Day 61, flowers from a friend
  10. I have enjoyed seeing these babies grow from birth. You will be sad to see them go to their new homes.
  11. Ok here is some pics of the new family! Tarni and Babies Richie and Luna. Jasmine and Luna Jemma and Richie The girls look happy with their new bubs JJ. I was going to put these on last night but had the computer off early. Still not well, went to the Dr yesterday and about to head to SWHC for bloods now. So over being sick! At least I still have my mum here for a few more days.
  12. She just has that kind of cuddle me face doesn't she! they all do. Nice shots, Zora looking very thoughtful in that picture! Well done on half way. If I can keep it up I might keep going for 365 after the 100 days.
  13. RV, love the eye spy! Im still stuck at home sick, so just random around the house for me. Day 59 Day 60 Thank goodness for Mums
  14. Enjoy her while you have her and don't worry about the other stuff. Our old dog was 16 when he went to the bridge and we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let him go, probably one of the hardest things I have ever had to do and will have to do the same with my old cat soon as well. (she is 21 now)
  15. What a beautiful girl. Enjoy your new puppy.
  16. Beautiful shots CC, just love the Spider with the red background. Gorgeous kitty shot too!
  17. Hi, I'd go to the vets just so they can at least have a look in to make sure there is nothing in there, it is possible it could be a grass seed especially at this time of the year. Or the beginnings of an infection. I use oti clean for my guys about one a month and always after swimming, I totally fill the ear canal swish it from the outside then pat the inside a little so the ears are not swimming with liquid. My guys all tolerate this as I have done it from them being youngsters. My oldest dog had a severe ear problem when he was young resulting in two perforated ear drums. (The vets have no idea why this occured) So I have been ever vigilant will all of them ever since. The vets always comments that they have never seen dogs with such clean ears so it is obviously working. We still have the odd infection (rarely) and also have had the odd grass seed which has been quickly removed. I usually have a bottle of surolan in the fridge and if I suspect any if mine getting an infection a few drops for a coupled days puts it at bay, I do this on the vets advice only if I'm sure there is no foreign body in the ear. Good luck with getting your boy sorted. Edited to add I also pluck my youngest boys ears slightly as they are hairy just to let enough air circulate so as not to,leave a moist environment, I leave enough there so that if a grass seed goes in I can possibly have time to get it out before it travels past the hair on the way in.
  18. Thats fantastic, it came out great. One more question were you using burst mode or just one shot?
  19. Thanks Jess, feeling ever so slightly better today so hopefully on the improve! RJ sounds like you had a great day and evening, are you heading back tomorrow? Any sign of RP or Tenties, they haven't popped in here for a while! JJ is Tarni over due yet? Anything happening yet?
  20. Awesome water drop! Well done, care to share the settings you used? The droplet looks crystal clear, it always amazes me how stuff is upside down in water drops. How did you focus for the spot?
