  5. I don't think its appropriate. I have certain charities I give to on a regular basis, I don't need to be spruiked at when I'm shopping. I would politely just say no though, no rant :laugh: although RSPCA are not an organisation I would give money too and I know why some people really don't like them.
  6. Realistically, if I knew the microchip details of someone else's pet, I could register that pet under my name at my council, which is why I think the chip comes first.
  7. Yes but the landlord would need to see the dogs inside the house themselves in order to do anything is what Leah was saying I think.

  15. That should have been agreed on before you moved in. What does your lease say? If it says nothing about dogs being in or out they can't just change the rules now.
  16. So your dog can sometimes be crated for up to 17 hours. A prime example illustrating my concerns about them being overused. Yes, that is far too long for a dog to be unable to move around.
  17. We have lots of dogs around here who are never taken out and seem to just be outside and ignored constantly

  19. I think it would be naive to think that it could never happen, even if the dogs are generally great friends.
