I'd love too, but won't charge as it's purely a hobby - so long as you don't mind waiting a few weeks for editing  Although I have done the herding ones now, so that's one lot ticked off :) With regards to the ear problem, have you ever tried Thornits? I highly recomend it :) http://www.thornitearpowder.com/ Ness, that is great news about Kenz :D Happy Birthday Gibbs can't believe it's been a year!

And some post-herding pics :) Full set here :) http://flic.kr/s/aHsjAuVg5G

I joined 'Weasels' at a WA herding trial a couple of weeks back - it was great to watch the dogs working, and it was a lovely setting so made for an enjoyable morning :) Here are a few pics from the day - enjoy :)

Yeah sorry Weasels, you will seen them hopefully soon Work has been crazy busy, so the last thing I have wanted to do is look at a computer when I get home too

House cleaning for me as we have a house inspection on Monday - exciting huh? If I get any spare time I hope to go through about a million pics that need editing - from agility, herding, surfing and finally got some off-lead pics of my two on a lovely walk at Chidlow last sunday :)

Awwww he is so gorgeous the second one is just priceless

Thanks showdog, something I hadn't considered - I'll keep it in mind :) Wouldn't hurt her to lose a bit for sure! but she has had Roo before and I thought it had to be a novel protein they hadn't eaten previously? She won't eat the Big Dog Roo patties, but she does love the Protadog Roo you can get in the supermarket. This is the Turkey barf - too many ingredients I guess? http://www.bigdogpetfoods.com/product-view/turkey-barf-allergy-diet-for-dogs-35 My other concern is the bone and offal content, what do you do about that for the 6-8 weeks? It's bloody typical - I went and filled my dog freezer last week so no room in there at the moment  Thanks for the suggestions so far everyone :)

How did all go with Rommi today Oso? Hope she home with you and all settled after the op Some advice from the allergy experts in here please :) Daisy has finished her course of pred and has started chewing her bum and scooting it again, not as bad as before but still fairly regularly. She was at the groomers yesterday and the vet checked her out again, and long story short has recommend a novel protein elimination diet as the first place to start. She recommended pet meat supplies in Leederville and they do roo, which she has had, or horse! I'm really not sure if I could feed horse I know it shouldn't be any different to say roo, but having been a groom in the past, I just don't know if I could! Anyway I see Big Dog Barf, which I normally feed them anyway, does a Turkey allergy diet. How have those with allergy dogs found turkey as a novel protein? I've never feed Daisy turkey but I have wondered if she has an issue with chicken in the past? Is Turkey too similar to chicken to risk? She has an itchy butt, and the vet said some signs on her feet too, but she has always had feet issues - but vastly improved since being here. The rest of her skin and coat is fine, no signs of issues there. We need to see if it is food or environmental, and food is the easiest to control at the moment. Her diet has been pretty stable since we have been here in terms of the brands and variety she gets, so not sure it is that as nothing has changed recently in her diet.

I like the second B&W edit now, and I have to say your bathroom is immaculate! What would this mean exactly that they can use the picture wherever they like? Give me credit as the photographer yea? Is this a bad thing? Nope not if you are happy yourself with those conditions. To me it sounds like a large corporation obtaining thousands of images and getting people to pay an entry fee for fairly paltry prizes. San Disk then end up with a pretty extensive library of royalty free images to choose from for advertising etc whenever they feels like it......

I like the first one the most tlc, it's such a gorgeous photo :D Be wary of the t&c's.........!

I'm sure there have been a couple of threads on this recently, but I failed with the search option  Anyway I really like my 17-70, its' a good sharp lens, with quick focusing. It feels nice and solid and I like the focal range it covers on my crop sensor camera. The OS on it is great for handheld in low light. I haven't regretted buying it :D My shots from it are here... http://flic.kr/s/aHsjvb3kJa

They are beautiful birds and very different to the red tailed ones we get over here. I love the pose of the birds in the first two :D I found this a very useful read on exposure for birds shots, but obviously applies to other stuff too :) http://mikeatkinson.net/Tutorial-5-Exposure.htm

Congratulations on the titles Lovely to see you again and your OH, it was a nice relaxed couple of hours :) I'm just looking through the photos now - not sure I got many actual herding pics, as in a dog and sheep in the same frame  Well done Ruby - at least the shell was empty RS
-
Depending how many pics I take tomorrow I may be interested in this too, could you pm me the details - cheers :) That's only about 1.5hrs away - my mini could do with a good run :D Cheers RV  Although actually that's probably the more tricky choice - lots of distractions in the background and fast moving dogs in a short period of time!
-
ooh ooh Weasels - tell me more, where and when :D pm if you like :) Cheers for the info too RS :)

Super cute Nina Sorry to hear about Rommi Oso, hope all goes smoothly with the surgery :) Seeing as my OH is working again this weekend, this might make for an interesting outing with my camera - where is the show and what is going on there, just showing or jumping too? Anyone know of anything else interesting happening this weekend, or does anyone fancy a walk somewhere or an outing with their camera.....Billy No Mates here  Was thinking of maybe a trip to the zoo - I saw there are some African Painted Dog puppies there :D
-
Thanks Weasels, they were so funny  I wish my cresties showed half the intelligence that one did  Ouch to the cactus!

Oh Ptolomy, big hugs, it must be a very proud but sad moment Where is the 3rd one off to? Nina is a lovely name :) Ness how's kenz doing now? Sorry you are poorly ST, hope it settles down soon for you :) Daisy did ok at the scan on Friday, basically we don't need to be too concerned at the moment, just carry on as normal and monitor the heart whenever she goes to the vet :)
