  1. Might come, go for a drive on Sunday to sydney for the day.
  2. Whats the shopping like Shelby? Have you been before?
  3. Is there any info on this anywhere? Entry fee and exhibitor list?.
  4. If anyone needs cooling bandana's we have them in stock and the moment and will post asap. http://www.tailwagst...andana-291.html Hope everyone's dogs can get cool and that this heat wave goes away very soon. I saw people walking their dogs in the middle of the day yesterday argh made me so mad. I was looking at cooling bandanas the other day, every time I buy them they never fit the pugs chunky necks. Do reckon the large would fit around a pug without being so 'big' that it hung down to the ground? What size is your pug's neck? Large Estimate Sizing: 18" - 23" (5 1/2" Velcro Strip) Medium Estimate Sizing: 12" - 16" (4 1/2" Velcro Strip) Email me if you like [email protected] I'm not sure, they don't wear collars  I'm just concerned the larger ones would hang down further, but if the only difference is the neck length then it should be ok. I'll measure them tonight anyway. The heat here isn't any different to normal anyway, I'm just bored and dog shopping. By all means shop away with us then

  7. My girl had itchy skin issues, I contacted canine vitality and she prescribed some herbs and Abbey has never been better. Canine Vitality might be of some assistance to you. http://caninevitality.com.au/
  8. My last black lab loved a morning cuppa every now and then and it never affected her.
  9. Poor Nova, Orange sucks for dog owners there are so many people that just don't care. When I first took Abbey out we had a bull breed run out at us, Abbey was only about 3 months old, it didn't attack luckily but I was very worried it would affect abbey. Owner comes out of their house since we screamed for someone to come get the dog ' its friendly its friendly' don't worry about him, that makes me so mad I havne't heard anything from the Ranger and a neighbour told me the dog is still rushing at dogs through the fence. Whippy thats very exciting! Do you have any news about a pup? Nova seems ok, I did find a tiny cut on his head, above his ear, but there was no blood or anything and it is healing nicely. We've only come across a few dogs since the attack, all being border collies or crosses and he's still wanted to go play with them. I do wonder if he will react differently to similar breeds as the dog that attacked him, unfortunately I don't know anyone personally with one that I could introduce him to. Dotdashdot Nala is looking GORGEOUS! Already so long legged and model looking! I did see her winning photo in the DogsNSW magazine too Kanae Ezio is adorable, cute little fluffer! Nova turned 8 months this week, weighing a Hefty 24.3kgs. He's definitely going to be on the bigger size for Aussies. Not my little fluffy boy anymore. That doesn't surprise me, there was an article in the Central Western Daily about dog attacks and how orange is trying to become more pro active. Maybe you should email Neil jones councillor and let him know you didn't even hear from the ranger, I know my aunt was attacked also and never heard from them, it's very wrong. Hope the dog doesn't hurt another dogs. Good to hear it did affect Nva, he is looking lovely by the way.
  10. I remember essential dog for when I need more shampoo, thanks. No problems. I first bought their sample size for sensitive skin first just to trial it which was handy. It was really good so bought the bigger one after that. So glad to have discovered it for my girl. I went onto their site and noticed the sample packs, wish everyone did that. The Ivory Coat was a bit on the $$ side, don't know if its that or that I haven't been able to get Abbey's coconut oil but she's very dry especially on her rump. Would be good to find a shampoo that we were happy with the results.

  13. I thought I'd try the ivory coat for my girl too, purchased the sensitive one. As corinnew says yes it's very runny, I actually find it a bit hard to use as it runs straight though your fingers when you try and have some in your hand to was their paws. And for some reason it's actually made Abbey's skin dry which its never been before. Smells lovely though but doesn't keep Abbey smelling lovely for more than two days. Any more recommendations anybody? It's good once you find a shampoo that works perfectly on a sensitive dog, and you don't know how their skin will react until you trial it.
  14. That one does look good, I think ill be trying that next. I used Aloveen on my last lab and it was amazing for her she had no skin issues though apart from the odd dry skin. My current lab with her sensitive skin, yes Aloveen does make her itchy. Im currently using Fido's Herbal. that ivorycoat shampoo has tea tree oil in it, ive heard some dogs can react to tea tree oil as well Yeah I noticed that, the Fido's herbal that im currently using has tea tree also, and ive used the fidos tea tree on her and that seems fine, the tea tree can be a bit drying to sensitive skin on its own so ive been using a coconut hair shine from the body shop on her and she has been quite good, coat is definitely lovely and shinny.

  16. Have you checked your local Woolworths for the turkey necks? Mine has them quite a lot, same with the wings. With regards to the sensitivity to chicken, do you freeze it first? The reason I ask is if I give my girl Abbey raw chicken without it being frozen first she would get a case of the runs.
  17. My last lab was an expert at getting pills out of anything, that's a great cartoon. :)
  18. You can get turkey wings from woollies, sizes vary I usually about 150 - 200gm each. Abbey loves the turkey wings, turkey necks look bigger than the wings to me.
  19. Same here flyscreen one is great! How are you going with asha now will? Have you made any decisions on what to do?
