4 days (and 53 mins) left! The 'nursery' is set up. My family are laughing at me because it really is like a nursery, I have gone way overboard and am as nervous as a new mum. Driving them all mad!
-
Found this online and thought it worth sharing.... Who's next off the ranks?
-
That is so disturbing to picture. Long as it didn't have a little mouth as well.

Hi Steph, yes I'm in Caroline Springs, your welcome to pop over on Sunday if you wanna say hi I'd have to steal him, but I am well and truly up for a play date in a few weeks when ours gets here and we've all had the appropriate needles! Would be good to meet a similar sized pup!
-
You're in Melbourne? I might just pop by for a quick kidnapping...
-
Also, HE IS GOOOOOOOORGEOUS.
-
:D Equals part terror and anticipation. I meant yay! photo day! We have 5 days, 23 hours and 25 mins or so yet....
-
It's toooomoooorrrrrrroooooooow

Not sure why people wouldn't be allowed to discuss an interesting, dog related news story because they're not Pure Bred? I understand they're PB dog forums but surely...

Hopefully! She sounds so lovely and is an well seasoned Flat Coat owner, so would be nice to have a little backup. :D

That sounds rad! Compared to such horrors a quiet night might be just what he needs to recover! Our little dude is coming down with his mama and his sister, who are both going to live with a lovely, lovely lady and she and I have been emailing back and forth with a countdown. It's far too exciting to have someone to countdown with. It's not helping my fluctuating levels of calm.

Jack is next! I can't wait for more photos to tide me over.

Ooooh who are you off to see? He'll probably just sleep, plus it might do him good to learn to be an independant woman. Or dog. Both work. Haha.
-
It just hit me that this is our last puppy-free weekend for a very long time. What a lovely thought, the excitement is back!
-
I'm guessing it's kinda like the puppy version of little kids (boys) showing off their new 'toy' at all the wrong times and constantly having their hands in their pants. Haha.

This is simultaneously cute, disturbing and a little hilarious. I can picture it in my head, oh good heavens. You've made my day!

Almost settled on a name, here's hoping it fits! I can't go through the deciding process again. All well and good when it's just me, but factoring in another person sucks! Anyone else get to a point where they were no longer just excited, but that took a back seat to blind panic and impatience? This morning I was on the way to work (not a good start, but hey) and I was thinking how much I just wish this was over simultaneously with sweet heck we are not ready (we are, really. As ready as we can be) Wonder where that fits on the scale of puppy waiting?

A Follow On Thread For Those Who Now Have Their Puppy

It'll be good for him to get all the exposure he can! Hope he doesn't attack, I'd be scared ;) Get a beware of the dog sign! -
Jeallllllllllous. Photo please!

Yeah I have, I am still waiting on a reply to the email I sent off so we'll see! To be honest as we'd like to join the local obedience club when we can get in for an info session I'd rather not sign up for a full 6 months with someone else, if they offered more flexible membership options I would be all over it! South Melb isn't that bad! When is your next round of classes? Do you have a website I can lurk?! ;)
-
Ideally looking for somewhere in the western suburbs of Melbourne that runs weekend classes? We have an obedience club near by but the mandatory info day is just at the worst time this month and I'd like to get started as soon as we can. Any and all suggestions welcome. Travel is do-able, but not ideal!

9 days! Single digits nowww!
-
You better believe it! You'll all be so sick of me!
-
10 days! Last double digit!

Just thought better to dredge up and older thread than start a new one. We're in the west but travel isn't much of a big deal, obviously closer is easier, but alas I work painful hours and it would have to be on a weekend. Any good suggestions? We have one on as a backup but it's a Tuesday night and I'd have to sprint from work, and we all know when you're in a rush it'll go badly.
