Rozzie

This is Columbus. He came from Hawkesbury 9 years ago. He was 12 when he arrived. He still has moments of silly with the Shih tzu and my Coolie baby loves him. He's a bit deaf and a bit rickety but he is the dearest little dog.

Huh?? All the Bichons I have met have been delightful, fun loving little dogs. We had a Bichon who could herd goats, certainly not quiet. He was a delightful little dog full of personality.

A raised bed would be my choice. Air circulates and easier to get off for older dogs.

I check mine all the time. A good few years ago, one of them got one in their groin. It was hideous.

Friends in our village have the invisible fence one for their shepherd. It doesn't take long to train them. Are these friends rural? If they have farm fencing then I don't think they can use a ping string. Doesn't matter how well loved or looked after they are they are not safe getting out. What's the problem with a run if they stay when the family is home?
