So, nothing has change in his condition, the specialists are all still baffled, dumbfounded and just speechless on his condition and how he is moving around, he is not in pain or anything. He is still very happy, active, alert and mellow little fella. So, he basically got the all clear. The boyfriend and I just continue to do the same with him. He has to stay on Puppy Dry food because it does have more calcium in it. The only medicine he is taking is metacam now, something he will probably be taking for the rest of his life, but we are cool with that They explain that his sore/bad days is because he is damaging soft tissues when he is doing more then what his body is capable of. So, the boyfriend and I have to keep an eye on his activities more. They were saying that they believed that he probably won't live till his 2nd birthday (they were shocked that he made it to his first!) but now they are changing their tune saying that how is doing, how happy he is... he could live a long life!!! Also, he is doing so well, instead of monthly - 6 weekly specialist visit.. they are changing it to every 2-3 months check up!!! a recent photo of the Chuckster!
