Wonderful news Nekhbet . Dear Rocky had such a torterous start in life. Just left in a backyard to rot..... for a working breed is beyond cruel.

I'm thrilled for him. He will thrive now in the right loving forever home.. Thanks so much for caring Nek. Also kirty who kicked off Rocky's plight. Your the best :)

Oh Nek you are a trooper. Baby Dob. I've got a huge soft spot for them. My stepson who is dog mad thanks to me adopted a gorgeous Dob boy from Geelong actually 6 years ago.. Such a handsome dog. He is such a loyal faithful boy. Huge part of the family now. Excellent watch dog. Nobody gets into their backyard without an invitation ;)

Any pic's Nek??? :)

3 weeks old. Dear little thing. Wouldn't her mum feed her Nek?

Mum ran dry within a day, 3 pups died the 5 remaining were very very thin. I thought she was dead but she squeaked. Milk only came back in 4 nipples and she was the smallest of the lot and needed vet work done. So basically I got a bit angry and kept the weakest... litter that should not have happened.

She is so cute! Are you going to keep her?

No not the lines I'm interested in. I will probably donate her to the Young Diggers program as a PTSD assistance dog as she's very confident and well socialised already. Nothing phases her she goes with me in the car, plays with all my dogs already and used to noisy places.

That is such an amazing outcome for Rocky! I'm not usually a negative nelly but my gut didn't give me a good feeling about his future originally so I take my hat off to both of you for putting in so much effort to turn this boy's existence into a happy future. You are both good eggs!

No nonsense allowed and honestly, my dogs did most of the work helping him out. Nothing like being berated by a pack of Malinois to pull a dog into line  I was thinking about putting him in too as an assistance dog but he needs a life and he needs to be a dog. He was in no way a leader, he was a big follower so he could not have coped long term with that job.

The little black and tan banshee on the other hand ... christ she discovered leaping and swatting last night so she decided to spider monkey leap my frenchie's head and when she fell over, proceeded to blame it all ON said frenchie by growling and mouthing her on the leg... She also tried to beat up one of the malinois despite being not even 6 inches at the shoulder *sigh*
