  1. try getting him to sleep on plain cotton sheets etc washed in hot water ONLY (no detergent) His own bed would be good do you sue any air freshener/insect repellant etc at night? Do YOU shower/spray/anoint yourself with any cream etc at night? Where does he do his final toilet? what plants are around (photos would be helpful). Or- what have ypu used in teh garden recently that he may be rolling in? Does he get any treat at bedtime?

  8. baby steps - You will find what works, don't panic With the cats- make sure they have an escape place .. or are able to go outside to their run with no doggy access. Also- try having her on a long lead around teh scaredycat- so you can reinforce her looking to you, and remind her when she looks at the cat. ;)

  11. !!! How awful It's not as if the camels are something strange at Cable beach.... What is there to investigate, I wonder?
  12. This is my take on it - I have never done trialling etc Honestly- I think a lot of the overseas ones are for the colder climes... dogs working hard in snow etc may need the extra burst (feel free to correct me) A young FIT dog, fed a diet which is full of good things, should not need energy bars :0 An electrolyte drink maybe in Summer if needed... but other stuff I think is a waste of money. We have working sheepdogs, and they work long ,consecutive days..like 8 hrs- not just an hour or two. They can run many km a day..jump, balance ... they are incredibly fit tho.. and are mainly fed raw when working .
