Our Latest Addition... Fable - Finnish Lapphund Puppytlc replied to TerraNik's topic in Photos, Photos, Photos Beautiful shots, fable is getting bigger by the second!! They look like they are the best of friends. I know with each consecutive dog of mine I worried for a nano second that they wouldn't get on but there was no need. And it looks like Fable has fitted into your little pack nicely.

Anyone Know What Happened To Member Jess Live Dietlc replied to tlc's topic in General Dog Discussion I thought about it but just figured if she hasn't been here since June she wouldn't see the pm? But thinking about it if she is still a member she would get a email to say she has a pm wouldn't she??

Anyone Know What Happened To Member Jess Live Dietlc replied to tlc's topic in General Dog Discussion I wonder if because of how she has seen other people treated when things have gone pear-shaped, she was too embarrassed to come in and tell us what happened? If that was the case then I'd say so. I have a friend who is too scared to come back on here, after having to return her rescue dog for reasons I totally respect. She has seen how some people backtrack through past usernames and posts to throw fresh accusations, and is afraid it will happen to her. I cant say I blame her. Tell your friend not to be silly and come on back, If I can get on here and survive with my clan surely she can too. It is sad to think she wont be welcome. There is so many knowlegable and like minded people here it is a great place for everything dog that's why I love it. Well I hope Jess live die and her family are all safe and well and good on her for returning the dog if it didn't suit her family as PF said there is worst things you can do!!

Anyone Know What Happened To Member Jess Live Dietlc replied to tlc's topic in General Dog Discussion Possibly right Ellz, I wondered if this was the case. She was so excited about getting the dog thats why I found it strange she never came back. March 31st was her last post the day she got the dog however she was on line last in June according to her profile.

Call me curious, she posted for about 6 months and was waiting for a puppy and started this thread http://www.dolforums.com.au/index.php?showtopic=187172 she got her puppy and posted some photos then she was gone and never posted again? Anyone got any clues, I know it is none of my business but it seems strange to me. I guess there is lots of posters that this happens with? but to be posting a lot then get a new dog then just disappear, very wierd!!

Evolving, your little poppet is growing into a big poppet really quickly! Looks like the fur on Akiras leg is growing back nicely, why can't they find a nice piece of clean grass to lay on after thier baths Love the bed shot! Huga, lovely Lola shot! CM, I like that one of Jamie, if only she had of turned her head towards you as you snapped the shot. It looks like a big wave is baring down on her in the background. Only another snap from me this week. Soggy

-
Sorry reneenumbers I may have been of use a couple of weeks ago as I went to Gippsland but not going back for a while now, is it possible for your friend to come half way you might have more chance of someone being able to help out then. I'm sure there would be a Portland person heading to Melbourne. @ Jane!! mine are champing at the bit this week too, but nothing so serious as your black girl Tez So anyone else up for a walk tommorow about 12.30 ish??

Just wanted to add both my boys will growl when playing tug and My oldest growls when playing chasey too. Growling is probly not the right word to use more like just being vocal.
-
Hi Some dogs are just more vocal than others, one of my girls is very vocal when she plays with my other dogs. I have never tried to stop her and I don't think it is a bad thing. I was also concerned when she was younger but after watching her closely just realized it is just part of her nature to be vocal. She talks a lot too and to let me know what she wants she will let out a little bark. Just watch her when playing with new dogs, you will be able to tell if it goes any further than just vocal playing.

I just seen this on Face book, it is so awesome!! Gotta love a Red in a tiger suit.

Anyone Know Of Any Pet-friendly Motels In Melbourne?tlc replied to Kirty's topic in General Dog Discussion Forgot to add they charge $15 extra per dog on top of the normal price. When I stayed there will all of mine they were kind enough to only charge me half so it was $30 instead of $60 It has been a while since I stayed there so hope the info is still current. I couldn't see anything on thier web site about animals.

Anyone Know Of Any Pet-friendly Motels In Melbourne?tlc replied to Kirty's topic in General Dog Discussion The Albany is a good one, not good parking but they do let you have dogs and I have stayed there with all 4 of mine. http://www.thealbany.com.au/index.php?opti...&Itemid=131

It sure has! I went for a drive today and took some snaps for Ness and I was so suprised to see so much water just laying around and all the rivers and creeks so full. The mill is a little community now so many houses in there. I quite often drive past but just never take any notice. However I did feel a bit like a spy today with the picture taking I definatley think there is something sus about the place when you really think about it. Why wouldnt they knock the rest of the building down beofre they start to build all them houses and units. Maybe some of it is heritage listed?? But it is really derelict now and looks to me dangerous! where the houses are used to be the old car park and most of the old building is still there. I came across some old photos earlier some of fletcher jones, and a couple of london bridge before it was broken, they are in a face book album if anyone wants to have a looky. Tez you training on Sunday and up for a walk after? Anyone else wanna walk Sunday arvo bout 12.30pm at a place to be decided, the weather is supposed to be clearing up by then so hopefully it will be ok. I think I will be going rain hail or shine and get the lounge lizards out and about.
-
Can you pm me your regular email addy and I can send the pics directly to there.
-
Ok, if she definatley wants photos I will head down there later on today!
-
It all sounds very interesting especially if the site still contains contaminants and they have built houses there and people are living in them?
