  1. gotta love dog days! Every day to me is a dog day, everything I do revolves around the dogs. But sadly todays dog day will be an inside one, the weather here is less than ordinary and it is pouring rain. but the dogs won't mind as we have just got home from a week away to my mums and they are all exhausted!!
  2. Oh thanks for thinking of me, I'm home now so I'll check it out!
  3. Absolutly gorgeous!! Love love love the cake shots, so cute. Happy Birthday Cowboy!
  4. Still not sure about birdie, he is so tame that's the main reason we think he may have been a pet. He's good this morning eating seed and quite active, think he must have been starving. Just waiti g for a wildlife carer to ring us back to see if we can take him to her. Mum would love to keep him but she has a cat and thinks it would be a constant battle. The weather is ok here today but was bloody awful yesterday. Thought you must have been busy, haven't heard much from you of late. I'm loving my iPad as I have Internet at mums where as I never have before. Although mum has now got a pc but she doesn't have a lot of data. So I have been able to keep up with my emails forums etc! Plus watch movies tv shows etc when I got to bed at night. It would have to be the best most versatile piece of technology I have ever purchased! I'll keep my ear put for anyone wanting a viz, how old are they? any other details? Pm me if you want to.
  5. We have put an add in the local shop window, so hopefully someone will claim the little fella. We have since found out he is a crested pigeon. He has eaten some seed and is cozy and warm for the night, hope someone will answer the add in the window as he seems very tame and maybe hand rared.
  6. Mmmm and you don't think that has crossed my mind by now....? Think im overdue for a new addition
  7. Oh Linda what a bugger about your car! Wont the ones who done the damage have to pay?? See if you can work out some sort of payment plan with them. Its cold and wet and windy here today too, I jinxed my self in my last post! Mum and I just found a poor little bird wandering outside pecking in the grass, so we bought him inside and have him in a basket, we gave him some seed. We need to find out what he is and what to feed him then have to figure out what to do with him. Anyone have any clues pics here.... http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=2382...mp;l=8a19863572
  8. Happy Birthday beautiful boy, hope you had a great day! The looks on their faces so funny, not so much Chester and Lotus but Jamie and .......(doggies name escapes me ) look as if they are thinking oh god what has she got us doing now!! Love it!!
  9. Great shores guys, I'm going to be late with this weeks pic as I'm on holidays.
  10. Well I think your probably right about the Fun day. The weather up here has been good, little rain today but apart from that quite pleasant! The dogs are exhausted each night as they are on the go all day. Bronsons head is slowly getting better, I stopes using the apex cream as every time I put it on it seemed to be irritating him and he scratched the top off it. He is still on the pred for another couple of days and only has one more day of ABs to go. But I tell you I don't know if the tablets are making him feel a bit off color or if he has just grown up over night as he has been a different dog since we left home, it's quite bizarre, he is not annoying then other dogs excessively like he usually does, I didn't bring his crate and thought he'd bee sleeping on my head every night but he has been very good and slept on his bed on the floor next to Cooper all night only gettting up with me in the early hours which is great. And he seems so much calmer than usual. Time will tell I guess Ill see if it all keeps up once we are home. It could be a combo of everything, being away from home, the tablets, being exhausted? Sounds Like there is still a bit of water around, Sean kept the paper from yesterday for me to see all about the flooding. I'm assuming everyone else is all good after all the water either that or they have floated away!!
  11. :D great shot! Enjoy your new camera!
  12. Hi guys, I made it to my mums ok, bit of water laying around but in all in all not a bad trip. Tez, how was the fun day today? Did I miss much, did you stay for the meeting? Did everyone survive all the water with no damage.
  13. I am holidaying in the Bairnsdale area at the moment and would have gone but dogs not competing must be left at home, being away from home wherever I go the dogs go too. It looks like it would be a great event to go to!
  14. Just gorgeous, gotta love kong time!
  15. She is just the cutest little thing!!
  16. Happy Birthday Precious girl, looks like you got spoilt, thats great!! Lovely photos. One year where the heck did that go?
  17. Well I'm not coming home for a week and surely this weather is not going to keep up for a week!! I'm quite happy to take it slow, and I'm stopping in Bacchus Marsh to visit my friend and give the dogs a run.
  18. wow that answers my Question about Camperdown! Jess so much water! Im getting increasingly worried about heading off to Bairnsdale tomorrow!!
  19. This one is between Bromfield st and Mtlake Rd http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vz5FvlUDXKE
  20. Bloody car yards, hope you get it back soon. This is a vid from around the back of our place http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WyniSEY-L6s
  21. Anyone under water?? Our back yard is only partially visable now, the little creek at the back of us totally over flowing. I just went for a drive to have a sticky at the flooding, don' think I have ever seen it this bad!! We had tanks blown over at work and the big plaquard signs on the side of the building one of them hurtled off and through the car park, hit a couple of cars but no major damage, luckily no one was hurt! Bit scary at work today actually the roof was lifting up and down Tez, hows Camperdown? Seans just been out to Allanford to take some pumps out to some people in Ziegler Pde and most of it is under water. Hope everyones ok!!
  22. I was wondering the same with you, I have a sore clicky shoulder but not sure if it was from the fall but it certainly aggrevated it. The thing on Bronsons head is kind of just above his left eye, didn't you see it the other day??
  23. Geez all quiet in here, where is everyone For the ones that seen Brons head the other day, I decided to take him to the vet today as it looked bigger and seemed to be agitating him, the vet reckoned it wasn't a tooth or claw hole but more like a hot spot, I'm still not convinced, although it is about the size of a 5 cent piece now. She shaved the area and had a good look, she poked and prodded and squeezed and he was so good not a peep out of him, although he wasn't impressed with her to begin with at all. Both my boys are sooks at the vets and the girls are great go figure it must be a male thing Anyway we come home with antibiotics, prednisolone, and apex cream. I do think it is over kill but I guess the vet knows best, will see how he goes. I just didn't want to get away on my trip to find we needed a vet so thought it best to get it checked before I went and I am glad I went now, so hopefully in 24 hours it will be well on its way to healing although he looks like a total dag with a big shaved patch on his head!! Now I just have to make a schedule for all the pills he has to take! Anyway hope everyone is good and well in this bloody cold awful weather, today was the pits in the big green shed so cold!!
  24. I'm going to go against the trend and say No, I had 4 puppies in under 2 years and never once did I ever want to return them, not for a second! Geez I must be broken and yes they did get up to puppy mischief not a lot I must admit. Come on there has to some others out there that loved it all?? The good the bad and the ugly!!
