Will those balls be coming off when they're regained their strength? I doubt you even need those heat pads, if the whips are rugged and can snuggle up together under a blanket I suspect that's all they'll need. Save your money.

I dont do much processing, but only because I dont know how. I sharpen all of my photos and try to correct exposure, WB etc, or sometimes deliberately alter WB, I straighten ones that need it and occasionally clone stuff out, but as for giving them a signature effect, I dont have one. One day I might get an editing program and figure out how to use it :laugh: .

I'd like some constructive critique on my photos. I dont feel qualified to critique others though.

their poor owner would probably be turning over in his/her grave if they knew what had happened. What I dont understand is how come they're so thin if that person who'd advertised them on gumtree had them. Honest, it doesn't cost much to feed a whippet. I only buy 4 kilos of meat to feed my tribe for a week! and were they sleeping on concrete? why the pressure sores?

aww nice, you sure had better weather there than I've had here, been raining all day. My dogs didn't get a walk, I haven't even started the car, been a hermit today.

It's so odd to see sleek shiny coats on such poor whippets. They look so frail, like they'd drift away on the breeze.

bloody hell, I am horrified, I actually feel sick. I thought at the time, at least someone is caring for them, they are safe, obviously that wasn't the case.

are these the dogs that were advertised on gumtree a week or so ago, free to a good home? I wonder if they were chained up, because otherwise I would have thought they might go off hunting bunnies for food. the photos really are horrific. they will need careful feeding to get them well again. I look forward to seeing the after photos. I hope they wont have permanent damage to their organs from starvation.

Thanks everyone. :D I use a Canon 7D and a 70-200 2.8 lens. I dont do much in the way of processing, a tiny bit of sharpening, which is always required with a 7D and I cropped them as I was a fair way off when I took those photos.

My dogs are benefitting from me becoming more forgetful and absent minded as I age. Last night someone scored a large chunk of parmesan cheese. That stuff's expensive too. I'm not mad at them, I'm mad at me!!
