that's so sweet, what a great photo, she really captured the moment. What did these dogs work at, they still look young and fit. They'd make a great second career as dock divers.

what lens did you use for this? the right of picture is out of focus but the left is sharp, even the rocks in the distance which look to be further away than the yacht on the right. It's got me confused.

I was expecting something funny, but I just felt sorry for the poor tiny donkey, so overloaded.

I remember the Queen of Hearts when you first posted her. Wasn't there a couple of pics, did someone edit them for you? I think she's absolutely beautiful but if neither of you are happy with it, why not try again. Maybe she will be more relaxed next time when she knows how beautiful she looks and you might have more of a plan of action. As to dear little Fable it feels slightly crooked to me which I am not keen on, other than that, not sure, maybe a tighter crop? but then you'd loose the sun ;)

I used to make collars for her on order. I stopped because I was never sure they fitted the clients dogs properly because I never got to explain what measurements I needed, and I never got feedback, although she did get repeat customers so I suppose that's a good sign. I used to like going it there just for a browse. Amazing what people buy for their dogs.

I just saw about the donkey on the news and my first thought was How did it land? They didn't say on the news. Did it break it's legs? ;) The cruelty of some people knows no bounds.

glad you checked into it and took it back for a refund. I think their sales person needs some training if they admitted it wasn't right for your camera. Now you can put that money towards a suitable lens. ;)

Not familiar with Nikon lenses but I'm assuming it doesn't have a manual/auto focus button, since you've said you cant find any buttons on it. Did you buy it from a shop? If so take it and your camera back in and get them to have a look. Can you post some pics here. Is it possible your shutter speed is too slow and so picking up camera shake? Cant think of anything else to suggest.

Is this the lens with the fungus? dont put it on your camera! it will spread the fungus to the camera and to all your other lenses, just think STD's with people.

Has anyone else seen dogs do this after having a wee? I've only seen small dogs do it, a little Pom was one I remember.

funny, I've seen a few small dogs do this after having a wee. I've always wondered why they do it. It's not taught, they just naturally go up on their front legs, it looks like their bottoms become weightless and just float up. I wonder if that dog was taught or he's like the ones I've seen, that just do it naturally for who knows what reason.

Pipsal you are a star! I've been thinking about you and the puppies and wondering how it was all going. You went to great lengths to save those little puppies, you did a wonderful thing. Thankyou!
