  1. He is a mud runner then perse. Cute as ever. Glad to hear you are getting some much needed rain ☺
  2. The Central Coast sounds as bad as Port Stephens council. Its B hopeless here. Beautiful part of the world here BUT... The council are SO anti dog anything. We have over 20 different beaches & only 1 leash free & they are always trying to close our one & only. There aren't any fenced designated dog areas at all. There is a couple of spots that are leash free but are right next to the road. I've been stopped by dog owning visitors asking where are the dog parks? Is this the only leash free beach? They look at me in astonishment when I tell them. I have checked all the ovals they are also ALL signed "no dogs" as well. And the Ranger is red hot around here. He'd book his own mother I reckon. He catches you with your dog off leash anywhere it's not surpose to be. $350 per dog thank you. Same if you get sprung walking your dog on a leash but not on the leash free beach. It's a bloody joke really Had to edit.Rant/ramble over. Sorry I wasn't intending on derailing your walkies thread SM. Back on topic ☺
  3. My word Hazy we will... That pic of Stan whispering in dear little Feathers ear ???? how incredibly gorgeous. Heart melting...????
  4. I would of loved to have gone to Stans birthday bash. Do you think anyone would of noticed my'greys' are a little well, different. I do have some peppered through my hair.Does that count??????? Makes me want to live on the Peninsula Hazy. Well in the summer time anyway ????????????
  5. Great video Hazy & what a fabulous idea. Get to meet fellow owners etc. I would love a BC one I watched the next video after the Gap one & that looked like so much fun for the lovely Greys & they get to run off leash in safety. Terrific really & you could see just how much they love to run... It was at some sort of slipway or something they called it but it looked like a Greyhound training track perhaps.
  6. Your so lucky kirislin I'm sooooo jealous :p ... I bet Stan is even more handsome in the flesh  He is a very kind boy to come baring gifts. Hope Maddie was being a good for her mum. And everyone had fun :D
  7. I need someone to push me home in a pram LOL... Perfect solution pebbles ☺
  8. Powerlegs you need to hit em up for a bit sales commission ???? Sonny loved his hug... thanks Seems folks seem to like this product.
  9. I'm confused too RSA ???? I was using Rose Hip Vital with Sonny but I was wanting something more effective. ATM he is taking Joint Guard. I also give him Organic Tumeric, cold press coconut oil & cracked black pepper, mixed in his evening meal which seems to be really beneficial. 4Cyte do make a canine one. I'm going to try it.
  10. TSD your Zig was noticeably moving better. That sounds like a beneficial product as well.
  11. Powerlegs sorry I must have missed your relevant previous posts. I did a quick check before I posted up my topic. Joint performance looks well worth a try. I'm wanting to try some new products with Sonny.
  12. Hi folks, Was wondering if anyone has tried this new product, 4Cyte. Joint health/arthritis relief for dogs. Or heard any reviews of people that have? I was looking at trying it out for Sonny's arthritic hips. TIA :)
  13. Very interesting post Nekhbet. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
  14. Your very fortunate in one aspect as you live in Melbourne. There are quite a few excellent trainers that will be able to help you & your troubled girl. Where I live I don't have that opportunity unfortunately. So far I haven't been able to get a suitable trainer on a regular basis. We need one on one help. There is no way Stella would be comfortable in a class situation as she is DA at times & she has a melt down in crowded places. So I just try to do my best with her on my own. I read up on DOL etc to learn as I go but I know we would excel with direction of someone experienced. I will keep trying to get suitable professional help though. Good luck kami. I hope things work out with your girl. Keep us posted on your progress. I will follow with great interest.
  15. Yes I realise that Haz. Not all race home are crook. It just annoys me that some are treated poorly & tossed away. Greys make such great pets. From my limited experience I have had with them they do seem very sensitive souls. I'm surprised with the the ones I have meet how quickly they adapt to family life from the racing world. That amazed me really.
  16. Fabulous news Brightstar123 ☺ Many thanks for helping this girl. Match made in heaven. They look so beautiful together.
  17. VizslaMomma, you are the best. Love your well wish posts. You take the time to make them so personal & wonderful ☺
  18. Oh all paws crossed for this second chance. Placement sounds amazing. BC paradise & Rocky even has a new bestie. I'm very happy for him. I hope he thrives in his new home. Thanks again Nekhbet for your dedication ☺
  19. Yappy 7th Birthday gorgeous Stan ????????????
  20. I use lots of different things. All of which is cut really small. BBQ chicken, cheese, frankfurts are always a hit with my guys. They also love Kiwipeak.
  21. Yes I hear so many people call there dogs in such an aggressive, gruff voice. It's like,"Get here Fido you little so & so". I wouldn't come back either. Just had to edit to agree with Don. I never take risks & let either of my guys off lead within cooee of a road. Only takes something to catch their eye & their gone...
  22. Yes it's so sad through no fault of their own. Once they stop winning they are often out the door too. It really infuriates & upsets me. As soon as money comes into anything. Nothing else matters...
  23. On the upside she didn't bite anyone kami. She became overwhelmed & got a fright by the sound of it. Then shut down. My girl doesn't do crowds or more than a couple of people at one time. She will go & hide or cling to me. She used to be terrified of the oven, dishwasher or anything similar. She's improved but is still very noise phobic. I would crate train your girl. This will help build her confidence & she will have her own "safe" place she can go if you are expecting guests you can pop her in there or just leave the crate door open.
  24. Oh kirty Rupert is just adorable. Gorgeous fluffy boy... you don't see very many around. First one I have seen complete with his lovely tail ????
