Oh Shite !!! .... I just caught part of this horrific story on the news. 6 beautiful miniture show ponies. I am at a loss for words. Who on earth could do such a depicable act. Am deeply saddened at the senseless multiple slaughter. My heart goes out to their loving owners who must be deeply heart broken with the sheer terror of all of this. To those poor,innocent ponies. RIP little ones. You are safe now

I use Coles 50* baby sunscreen & it works very well. I found the Virbac good but very difficult to remove & very messy :)

Earthborn Holistic grain free goes over very well here & my boys coat/skin improved 100%. No more dry/flaky skin here

I have a barrier across the back of my little station wagon. Inside, as a boot liner I use a Snooza Out & About which fits perfectly for added comfort. I throw a sheet over this to help stop some of the mess & just give it a shake out when I get home. Mr BCC covered the bumper with some sort of clear adhesive which he brought from an auto shop to protect it from being scratched.

The only time Stella has got up onto a seat in our Vets waiting room was to use it as a stepping stone to proceed attempt to jump out of the window . Sonny likes to sit on the floor in the corner. Facing the corner,maybe if I don't look no one will see me & we can just go home LOL I see a lot of dogs on laps but not very many on chairs. Doesn't bother me though either way. I never sit down anyway. We wait outside until we get called straight into his room. A good vet visit is a quick one :)

Stella got a bit carried away with the bitey leg game today apparently. My Sonny is limping around here this afternoon with a very sad, mournful look on his face. Poor boy He does the sad face even worse when you ask him has he got a sore leg mind you, eye's roll !! No signs of broken skin anywhere though thankfully. I will have to give him some extra TLC tonight :)

I am loving this thread :) Everyone's dog's are looking so cute. Beautiful photo's. Justice looks so dignified Snook. We even have a very cute Buddhist. Awesome !!

Mine play bitey face a lot. They are very vocal while playing it, especially Stella. She is very growley & squeals heaps. Mine lay down & play it or sometimes run around playing it, biting each others face & front legs. Stella can get a bit too rough for Sonny & he will yelp out & they stop straight away for one second then they pick up right where they left off. It's so funny to watch. I love it. Perfectly natural way to release energy IMHO :)

I had never heard of it either. I have had a BC since childhood & didn't know it existed. Totally agree with you regarding the second part of your post.

Very sad looking forward to the photos. Very hard for you & kids having grown up with her. My step son grew up with my red & white BC, Redman, till his late teens. Red's death hit him very hard. Still talks about him with some wonderful warm memories. He has adored dogs ever since & now has a rescue Dob who he is besotted with :)

Oh SonnyBC. So sorry to hear of the loss of your beloved families Goldie It is such a difficult time for us & especially your children. Very heart breaking RIP Miss Goldie girl I don't know a lot about BCC. It sounds like a dreadful thing. There is another Doler, ness, who has a BC with it. She is lovely. A fountain of knowledge & may be able to inform on this wickedly cruel ailment. So very sad when we know how BC's love to be active I have a BC called Sonny as well. Great choice of names :p

Very kind of you Teekay :) I'm so proud of her. The improvement in her reactive traits in her behavior has amazed me really. It hasn't been an easy ride with her at times. Stella is a very complex girl. She is a lot of dog. To see the huge progress she has made thrills me to bits. I just adore her. It is such a wonderful feeling to be 'at one' with them. I'm glowing from the inside at the moment :D

What nice people Phoebe's owners are. Such a thoughtful & kind thing to do to share with other dog owners :) Very heartwarming. RIP Phoebe girl I'm sure you had a beautiful life with such caring owners.
