Important Request For Allerzoit And Grumpette

oh squuuuuuuuuuuueeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Dear Dog! ALL of these are awesome -
If Neko is bitten, you should be able to ascertain if there is a bite now. There may be a lump or Nekko is itching in one area. Can you notice any swelling or redness? Kirislin, this is an old thread from here that I ear-marked months ago. http://www.dolforums.com.au/topic/200815-spider-warning/ Pay attention to kirty's post. She carefully defines the situation. ( I am saying this because I spoke to my Vet & he concurred). Hope this helps.

Nice one. Warrants a new wallet then for Christmas with a card inside. :D

Thank Dog! Thank Dog! So happy for Linc and his humans. I pray he is not too stressed or injured after this ordeal.

I describe your ilk as the best owners. I know of several 'we found our Momma/daddy Mutts' and their life is wonderful. So wonderful. BTW, do you want a one year Vizsla boy???? He ladies

Important Request For Allerzoit And Grumpette
VizslaMomma replied to Brandiandwe's topic in General Dog Discussion
Dear Dog! I am so totally handsome -
Close and older friends of ours selected a Griffon. They were moving from suburbia in Sydney to the Central Coast. THey had always had larger dogs but felt looking after them too much given their ages. ( at the time they were in their mid 60's). End result was they got THREE Griffons. They got choosen by one puppy when they went 'just to look'. As they stayed in touch with the breeder, they became re-home parents. All the dogs lived the life of Riley. May I wish you good luck with the visit. I will look forward to updates as well. :)

What Food Can Your Dog Not Resist?

Aw, an empty plate!! Good one, Danny Boy -
With the Horrible Herbert, I crate him for 2/3 of the visit. I explain to the guests, they are in my home. The dog is more of a part of the home than they are. I want him to follow my rules. They know they need to follow mine. LOL. He stays in the crate. Then when they are due to go, he is put on lead. He is given his instructions and we see the visitors to the door. At 12 months, this is enough ( imo) for him. With certain visitors we all go to the back yard and have free play. Because that tires him, he is happy to go to his crate. It's not doing anything wrong, it's allowing the correct ways for you to have Ernie in your control. :) ETA: I have also had FOUR adult Vizslas going wild with the delight of Vizslas. I found out that was too OTT for me.

Might have died elsewhere and got dumped in that lake?

It's such a love story about how you got this wee munchkins.

It's one thing to try to come across as a concerned breeder but it's quite another to come across as overbearing, pompous and downright arrogant. As others here have said, photos of a house or a person proves absolutely nothing. Con artists will be con artists and if they're determined to obtain a specific pup they will, in all likelihood, jump hoops…..perhaps more so than the genuine person. Con artists have it down pat. I am not sure if you have realised yet. But you are sounding very much the same. That's why I made the quip of wether you want a living dog or a statue. Sorry, but you do come across as holier than the breeder. And that in your reply to me did a lot to confirm my thoughts. That said, Good Luck. I now shall employ the IGNORE button. Not quite in the mood for jackasses either.

Have a look at K9's youtube on them.... brilliant for playing. Where needed good for encouraging drive in dogs too.

I think this is excellent. What an improvement of conditions for patients. Nice to see changes happening. I also think Therapy Dogs are fantastic. :)

Are you wanting a living dog or a stature?

What a horror. Pleased there was a camera that has the means of putting the ID the pillock. Bar steward. Please Dog let Linc come home soon.

Prescript Assist looks to have the same 29 micro flora. You would just need to break open a capsule and adjust volume based on your dogs weight compared to an average adult human. I use Protexin but don't believe it contains soil based micro flora but it is a very good one for dogs. http://www.healthscene.com.au/prescript-assist-probiotic/ I get that from amazon ( via my brother).

Something simple like this works: Name:.......................................... Address:....................................... Next of Kin contact:........................... Nmae of Vet.................................... Message: Please be aware that I have pets at my home. They will need to be checked for their welfare. There are....................( describe the pets). ..................................................................................................................... There are several things that might be considered. Have your next of kin aware of the chance of being contacted. Ask your Vet to mark on your file that you have this card & authorise him to help. ( Subject to being discussed of course). Ask your local Police if they would be prepared to have a note against your address that there are pets on the property Events in life happen and it's responsible of a pet owner to cover themselves.

That's such a great idea. I can recall when I was working in ER, sometimes finding out from patients that they had animals at home that needed attention. We would often call the local Police Station to let them know.
