Only in a discussion with a breeder in the USA. There is a school of thought it might exist. Bear in mind I am speaking only as a lay person. We were discussing a puppy's behaviour AFTER vaccination. The breeder sincerely felt the puppy had issues after being vaccinated, not observed in its earlier life. Purdue University wrote a paper on it. Dr Jean Dodds has alluded to issues of vaccination over her many years of practice. Maybe look with google for canine autism and vaccination.

A true Mister Brown, carrying on the tradition. the nearly 11 month old Mister Brown (Vizsla) aka Horrible Herbert has just enjoyed zoomies in the backyard in the storm blowing over my area. He was totally non-plussed by the thunder & lightening. Dug a bit more of that hole that will get him back to Queensland ( in his dreams). -

Do you like the Vet? Could you consider sitting down with them and talking to them about all of your concerns? Or do you not feel you have that type of relationship? Would you consider a 2nd opinion? What I dont like is that fact you are worrying so much yet not appearing to have the support of the professionals. For a lot of us on this forum, we have had back up & comfort from our Vet. That has made our path much much easier. -

Stoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp!!! Sqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqquuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuueeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! So cute and so cruel. One very importatnt question: TAILS, what type of tails have they. Apart from belonging to baby puppies LOL. -
geeze, my Vet said not to persist with ear cleaner because of the 'chemicals'.... However this Vet knows I do try to keep the dogs away from chemicals as much as possible. I also use calendula tea (liquid) with soft cotton cloth as an adjunct. The older dogs used to have terrible 'ears' on their inside. However, that all cleaned up after a strict regime of calendula tea & probiotics. Touch wood, we never have stinky ear smells nor issues with ingrown hairs.

HOw bad can he be? Will he pin me to the fence to give me kisses? or wack me in the stomach with his sharp nails just cause he's playing and wants my attention??? hehehehehe The boy is a lover, not a figher. He collects girl-friends wherever he goes. To quote Effie, so embarrasement, to date he has kissed two judges & two stewards. Mind that was puppy class only. -
They appear to be fine with Herbert's ears. We are coming to the end of 6 weeks trialling them, JulesP. The gunk that was in his ears at the start of using the baby wipes has reduced. His ears are much better 'looking' & to touch. We had to do this to compensate for the aftermath of swimming. We were getting the old head flicking, shaking the whole body mini earthquakes. All of these behaviours have reduced too. He has a Vet visit next week. So I will update here on his ears. :)

Rates should be variable. Funnily enough, I have been looking at day care for Horrible Herbert. Have a bit of a snag since he is still entire. ( That's another story). All of these are Sydney & its 'burbs. Some places offer rates for 5 hours ir half a day care. Full day rates are higher. All offered discounts for more than one dog subject to negiotation. ( infamous Call Us on their ad's). The other varations are dog sizes. Some cater only for small to medium dogs. Majority preferred desexed dogs too. From your description, I get the feeling you ar offering a better style of care. Hence, look at being about to charge variable rates according to your clientele. The rates I saw started at $30 and more. Liking these questions too. Your venture sounds exciting. :D -
	Great photos!!!

This is fine. This is where you are right at this moment coming to terms with Bluff going to the Rainbow Bridge. A day will come when it will be a little easier. And that is fine too. Always keep in mind how much you loved Bluff and how he loved you in return. My Heart dog left me a year ago August 2013. It was thanks to here I made peace within myself. My anger susbided & I now think of our fun times. Be kind to yourself now. (((HUGS))) :)

I am so sorry to hear of Bluff's passing. I guess you would have hoped to have been with him as he crossed over. But many a dog just decides to have a little sleep to be awake for your return home. Their call to the Bridge comes, peacefully, in their sleep. They cross easily & now watch down over you in love. Vale, Bluff, a long life so well loved for a dog so very much loved. Be free. HUGS to you Bluff

Sqqqqqquuuuuuuuuuuuuuueeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Weaning time already? Wow! Sighs. -
They had him and his owner on channel 9 news tonight and they said he lost 14kgs from probably scavenging for food. He was found wandering around a park 45 kilometers from home. So that rotter just let him go or maybe the poor baby escaped?
 -
Truly though, why do other people have to go overboard about how we relate to our dogs? Obviously Jake is thriving, and that makes for a happy Momma as well as Jake himself. Win-win, imo.
 -
Thank Dog for this! SO happy that Beau is home and well, if not a lot lighter in weight. Well Done to the community for all their efforts here as well.
 -
Such a delightful photo! Thrilled ya'll had a great time. How laid back are your dogs too?
 -
Um is the puppy not going to grow? I agree with your choice RJ.... Do it right from the start, imo.

Bumping this thread rather than make a new one. This crate is on special http://www.mypetwarehouse.com.au/petmate-vari-kennel-fashion-5-xlarge-bleach-linen-airlilne-approved-p-14855 Could anyone confirm how it compares with the OZ made airline crates. Is this one US made too? Need a crate for some unexpected long distance travel. Thanks :D
