With lots of nurofen...lol....and trying to lose weight for my poor back! My dogs can jump up onto grooming tables!...,and I have a table in my shower recess so I'm not bending over when bathing!

5 Standard Poodles.....don't need a doorbell here! The noise they make whenever anyone comes to the door would be enough to scare off any would be intruder! I had a tradesman come here today, my male was in the house and he barked furiously....but is very happy once the person is inside! The tradie said he would not break in here. They have a big bark!!!......lol If anybody was confrontational with anyone in the family I have no doubt my dogs would response. I always feel safe with the dogs around.

ARH at homebush. Specialist is best and a second opinion a must. Max Zuber must be getting long in the tooth!!....he was around when I was VNing 22yrs ago!!!...lol and he was old then!

Definitely Akuna Care boarding kennels at Abermain. Marcus and Ariel who own and operate the kennels are lovely.

If you started quibbling with me about the cost of the 2nd vacc esp if it suited you to get the puppy after 12 weeks and now wanted to get the pup at 10 weeks because it suited you better!!!!......that would certainly get my back up!!! I could care less about your 6 digit salary.....those are the owners that usually get rid of pups at the drop of a hat....as money is no issue for them.......

What Christina said :) She may have also been frightened by a plane overhead....depending where they live! Nosiy miners make a hell of a racket if they think a dog is coming into "their territory", swooping birds. A truck could of backfired while she was toileting and scared her. A neighbour may have been loud or yelled at the dog Dogs can form lots of weird association. Sounds like she feels "safer" toileting in the dark. I would be crate training & supervising toilet time. :)

There's no point in a bitch having any seasons if you aren't going to breed her. Each time she has a cycle there is the possibility that she will have a pyo. It also increases the chances of mammary tumors.

I have had 4 bitches. 2 developed pyo's The 3rd was never bred. My current girl is 6yo and will be speyed before her next season!

Would never in a million years consider tieing my dog up & leaving it. Would be worried about somebody stealing them. But sometimes I would have gladly tied up my human children outside a shop & leave them... :laugh: :laugh:

You poor thing....sounds suss to me that they are not making contact or avoiding your calls. Could not have been too much part of the family for 5yrs if they are avoiding you... If I was the breeder that recommended her to you I would want to know about it. Good Luck
