Do you feed food processed veggies already? How about getting them some celary and carrots to munch on for treats. -

Yep if you look on a Schmackos pack you will see presevatives & colourings listed as ingedients. -
By 20 weeks she should be nearly toilet trained and able to hold on all night. You are confusing her by moving her bed from one place to the other. Decide on a spot for her to sleep and stick to it. What time are you letting her out last thing at night and what time are you are you getting up in the morning to let her out?

Confirmation Problem With Front Legs Update Post 23

Could very well be diet related. Which doesn't need surgery. What are you feeding? Knuckling Otherwise it could be one of the growth plates of the bones prematurely closing which most likely would require surgery. Premature Growth Plate Closure -
Ouch. Elizabethan collar to stop him pawing at it. Was in salty water & apply betadine or paw paw or zinc oxide.

I would chuck them out. Things like that are full of fat, preservatives, chemicals and colouring. Give them a bone or raw veggies to chew on. -
Lamb flaps/ribs are what my lot get as their bones. They love them and have never had a problem. The ones I get from the butcher aren't really fatty.

Pancreatitis In An Older Husky

Wouldn't feed rice as dogs don't need grains and would force her body to work harder to try and process them. Which is not what you need in a dog that has just been sick. Food processed veggies are probably best if you are wanitng to feed things other then bones and meat. Kangaroo is a very low fat meat. You can get kangaroo tail bones. Watch the fat on the chicken necks. Did your vet suggest digestive enzymes? -
Oh how worrying. Did the vet quarterize it?

Dog should be desexed.

Congratulations on your new puppy. She is adorable.

Poor Ruby Is Crook Again

Bugger. Perhaps this is what has been wrong with her legs all along? -
A heatpad or hotwater bottle would probably be better for his bed.
-
I would either put her in a puppy pen or crate her and then ignore her when you know she is tired.

Have heard to many bad things about the Heartworm yearly vaccination. Would never give it to my dogs. -
Good news. My boy has a fatty lump on his chest. Has so for about a year or more now. I just check it every now and again to make sure it is not growing or changing.
-
Oh wow very glad you caught it early. Kisses for Elly.
-
If it's movable then more likely to be either a fatty lump or infection from maybe a grass seed. The needle is tiny and unlike vaccinations do wont sting.
-
I feed kangaroo from the pet produce shop but buy my chicken necks, offal, bones and muscle meat from either the supermarket or butchers. Food process the veggies don't cook them. Put the eggs in there as well. Add some more green leafy veggies like spinach and alfalfa. You might like to add some fruit as well. Do you feed bones as well as the muscle meat? Consumable bones are very important.

What To Do For A Rash Under The Collar?
puggy_puggy replied to charliehotel's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
Paw Paw ointment or even a Zinc Oxide cream like Curash. -
Is it hard and not movable or sort of soft and movable? Vet will do a fine needle biopsy to see if they can get anything. Whatever comes out of it will be put onto a slide to be examined under the microscope to see if it's just a fatty lump or something to worry about.

What a beautiful happy little girl she was. So glad she could spend her last days surrounded by love. RIP Faith.
