In the comments a few people have said the same thing, it should be re released. I sent them an email suggesting it. cant see it happening, but it would be funny if they did.

Home Cooked Style Food - Where To Buy?
Kirislin replied to CrazyCresties's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
If you weren't so far away I could cook for you. I've started doing extra for Iggy Mums dogs and they love it. It's definitely home cooked, I've got a batch on the stove right now. -
I think they should resurrect it and use it now, I'd never tire of seeing it on telly.

Millers Muzzles make the proper Australian style wire muzzles to fit whippets and greyhounds. http://www.millersmuzzles.com/ -
they're definitely whippets. I love the part at the start where you hear the revving engines and they've timed it to go with the staffys bark, and of course where he pushes through the whips to plough through the mud, and the end where he doesn't quite clear the ribbon. I could watch it over and over.

I've posted this before, but it was a while ago, and I'm sure many haven't seen it. :D Even if you have, it's good to watch it again.

Penny got one once and went nuts, shaking her head so much she got a haematoma on her ear. Luckily I stopped it from becoming a cauliflower ear by bandaging it to her head and putting ice packs on it, as well as gentle massage. It took a while. That was after I'd taken her to the vet to have the seed removed.

I used to have a friend whos dog was forever leaving green drips on her floor. She trained him to lick them up!

Thanks all. What is saline, is it just salt and water? dont buy Saline in a tin from the supermarket. It's a powder that mixes up into a sweet fizzy drink! I dont think he'd like that squirted into his doodle.

have you been on the Warburton Trail, they have to be kept on leads though. A few dog walking groups use it. -
Just bumping this thread up so it's easier to find. :)

I was hoping that too.

Vets All Natural - Perfect Puppy Nutrition
Kirislin replied to Dr Bruce Syme's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
I haven't read this complete thread, it's too big. I'm wondering if there's a "make your own" mix instructions for adult dogs in there somewhere? I have 5 whippets, all mature, ranging in age from 8 to 14 years old. I would consider them all very healthy for their ages, none are overweight but the oldest girl is arthriticky now. I currently cook for them a mix of beef, chicken and fresh veggies and rice. They've done well on it but lately I've noticed some of them dont seem to be digesting the veggies as well as they used to so I'm thinking about starting them on raw. -
I'm in the Yarra Valley, where are you?

Jack Russell Boy Needs A New Home...
Kirislin replied to iggy mum's topic in Dog Rescue (General Rescue Discussion)
I'm so sorry to read about little Bobbies passing and the heartbreak it's brought to his saviours. You rescue because you love animals but it leaves you open to such hurt sometimes. Thankyou Iggy Mum and Rascalmyshadow (and family) for all you did for this little boy, I'm sorry it's left such wounds on your hearts. -
How about these, much more pleasing to look at. My link

I'm thinking about trying it out for a while but it will take a bit more organising. If it is better for the dogs though it would be worth it, although I think my dogs are all pretty healthy now, it's just that I cook for them, and I know that's not natural.
