On no! I wasn't expecting to read this when I opened the thread. I called on Pacers to help a friend, and you came through for me and her and I was always grateful to you for that. I am very sorry you are closing down. Thankyou for all you've done.

Showing Dogs With Scars/disfigurement.
Kirislin replied to Blackdogs's topic in General Dog Discussion
when Feather broke her tail so it healed with a kink, my vet offered to write me a letter to prove it was an injury not a birth defect. I would imagine if you had veterinary proof as to the cause it would help, but I dont show so I cannot be sure how judges would deal with it. -
I love the one with the man and the little girl on the bridge where the birds are standing near by.

I love the photos here. I think Frenchies have to be the most comical little dogs and Frodos Mum you've captured some hilarious expressions. I always love seeing Clicking Mads photos, I'm glad you are posting again. I'll let you know when our next fun day is. It wont be until next year, and we will be trying to alternate between Saturdays and Sundays to give people more chances to come. I used to work with a bloke who had a labrador. He intended to let her have a litter just because she was a good dog. I asked what he'd do with the pups and he said he'd take them to the rspca! I hope your inlaws can be talked out of it.

Greyhound leads dont have a snap hook they actually buckle on. It's required by law that they use that style, I think it's probably the safest way to attach.

I did a rather rough cloning job with the tail amputation. I'm hoping this one's a bit neater 5F6A3420 no tail t by kirislin, on Flickr

at least it was an easy one to do. Now she can have it either way she wants.

Nup, no flash and no special treatment to make it look so dark in the background, her yard is very shadowy in parts, it makes it quite atmospheric, you just have to watch out for turds  and mozzies . I decided to see what it was like without his tail but I can't decide. I asked the owner and she said she'd like to see it without as well. 5F6A3420dpptcr no tail by kirislin, on Flickr Mind Control by kirislin, on Flickr

So cute. Absolutley love the last shot! Yep, that's Freddie the beddie and this was his first time meeting the babies. Until now he'd only seen them and been able to sniff them through the puppy barrier grate.

they're great. I did try last year to take a Christmasy photo but my lot aren't as well trained as yours tlc to all sit or group together. I think I got one shot off, it was hopeless and I gave up immediately.

I started out with the 400D which was the entry level camera at the time. I thought it was a great camera to start learning on. The auto functions are good and once you get a bit more confidence and understanding you will want to use the more advanced functions.
