I dont think I spend much at all, but they are well fed,healthy and in very good condition. I did a rough calc and it only seems like about $34 per dog per month. Good value for the love and enjoyment we get from each other.

D mentias, you could get a long chain that is permanently attached to something secure by your back door. Then keep the end of the chain close so that you only have to open the door and grab it to clip onto her collar. You can then just leave her out there for as long as she wants to have a sniff and a wee but she wont go any further and you dont have to wait outside shivering until she's done her thing.

mobbed is defintely the right word, I beleive that's what Meerkats do to dangerous animals they find and whippets are sometimes compared to Meerkats. I actually call mine Meerwhippets.

Offer her some food, if she doesn't eat it with her usual gusto, and doesn't keep it down she is still sick. If she was mine I'd take her to the vet.

Perhaps she has a blockage from some of the rubbish she ate yesterday. Has she had a poo recently? I think a vet visit might be in order.
