I feel sure you would be eligible for sickness benefits and a social worker should have come to you in hospital to get the ball rolling. If they didn't they've failed miserably. If you're not up to dealing with all that yet can your friend ring Centrelink and let them know. They might even send someone out to where you're staying. You need some $$ coming in and you are entitled to it, this is just the sort of emergency it's for.

Griff buy some Lectric and then you can take care of it yourself. If you never need to use it on the doggies you can always use it to have a soak in a nice warm bath yourself.

There's a whippet exhibitor who had a dog with an undescended testicle so he had an artificial one put in. He was found out when the judge had a feel of the dog and it had 3!!!! :D He was asked to leave the ring on that occasion but he still shows to this day.

I think the problem is not so much the chewing gum, but the artificial sweeteners. I dont think juicy fruit used artificial sweeteners.

Why didn't the vet make him vomit it up just to be safe instead of waiting to hear the ingredients. I've heard of this from a US whippet forum and yes dogs die from it. I hope he's going to be OK. I keep Lectric in my cupboard, you buy it in the laundry aisle of the supermarket. I got it on a vets advice and if your dog eats something it shouldn't you put a couple of crystals down his throat, take him outside and wait. Within about 5 minutes he's be chucking up the contents of his stomach.

I get the impression it's not a popular lens simply because there's not alot of photos on POTN. That's not to say it's not a good lens though, you have to do your own research on it. I dont have a credit card so I did a bank transfer through them.

Look at Spottychicks post it shows him with his new owner ahh! thankyou, I missed that. I looked on the original video thread and couldn't find anymore on him. I am glad it had a happy ending.

I've seen this before, it's a real tear jerker. I wonder what happened to him though. It said to be continued, I looked through all Camp Cockers videos and there is no more on him. I cant help thinking perhaps it didn't end so well.

these are beautiful. I love the aged effect ones especially, they look like they were taken 100 years ago. The cocker on the wooden bridge made me think of LukeW it looks just like the bridge he's used with his cocker. I wonder if it's the same one.

I saw Becs photo of Charch on telly! they've been showing all the others and I feel like ho hum, but where's Charch, and finally last night, he was on. ;)

May I suggest, if you want to enter the challenges you need to actually put your photos in that thread. If you just want to show your photos, but not in the challenges you need to just put them in the photos section, otherwish the challenges forum will be full of individual threads and we'd all have to sift through to find the actual challenges threads. She's still with me Trish and is booked in to go to GAP in a little over a month. As I understand it they will foster her for a while themselves and then re assess her but in the mean time her owner and I will be working on socialising her more as well. She will be going on holidays with her owners in a few days time and they'll be taking her fishing and all sorts of stuff. Hopefully when she goes back to GAP she will be the most laid back unflappable dog they ever saw. edited for grammar, and it's probably still wrong
