My little house guests introduction to ice cream, and not just any ice cream, a Magnum num num num num! I think she is in shock that anything could taste so good. Is this real, am I still alive or have I gone to heaven? Kibah knows all about ice cream, she'll show her how it's done

I feel sad for you Bindi when I see your girl. I am so glad you got some lovely shots of her, it must break you heart to see them sometimes.

thanks for the advice Ripley, I do use one focus point but it's the centre one. I will try to remember to just shoot in jpeg if/when I get another chance. One thing I know for sure here is that Oct/Nov are Eagles catching Ibis chicks season. Last 2 years in a row I've witnessed quite a few now, they just pluck the fat innocent chicks from the nests so hopefully next year I will be expecting them.

You should let them know, they might do them again for you.

there were suave dogs in bow ties. and dogs who were experts in the "give me a sausage" look, although I have to say it still didn't work with me. there were ex show dogs and Feathers fat sister Muffin who're you calling fat! Feather herself of course and clever looking mellow dogs of very pretty colours. she's talking about me.

We, being myself, Feather and houseguest went to a doggy Christmas party for the local dog obedience club. My little guest was terrified at first, she's not used to seeing other dogs, especially dogs other than whippets, but after a little while she calmed down and coped really well. there were dogs in fancy dress. Lots of little happy smiley dogs continued next post

I bet you had the same surge of excitement I had as I fumbled around with my camera to just try to get them in the view finder and hope for the best before the just got too far away. It's always such a thrill to see them in the wild, so close you can see them looking around as they glide. I feel your pain and disappointment but really any eagle shot, even a bad one is still worth taking. That said, yours are much better than mine, thanks for posting them.

dont know what to suggest, only that you should get several valuations on the watches and stuff. How often do you see on Antiques roadshow how jewellery is undervalued by so called experts. Even if you do decide to sell it dont just take this blokes word for it. Oh, and I still haven't got a new camera and I still need new curtains, carpet, bathroom, kitchen, etc etc.

Dog/s Ate Absorbent Packaging Off Meat Tray
Kirislin replied to 4 Paws's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
One of mine did this recently when a visitor left a tray within reach, I immediately started giving Lectric to them one by one in order of who I thought most likely to steal it. Sadly for Puck he was the first vicitim and he was innocent. Then Tag came up with the goods. I heard of a dog dying from eating one of those freezer pack thingys and I wasn't sure if it was the same stuff so I wasn't prepared to take any risks. I hope you dog doesn't have any trouble from it. -
Good Chiropractor In Melbourne

I travel from Healesville to Craigeburn to see George, it takes up the best part of the day but it's worth it. -
Point him to this thread so he can see that everyone thinks he's a dickhead

I made one my screen saver and it's great. I'd love my pastel Puck as a print.

I've been known to sit in the damn thing myself on a hot day, that was before the taddies moved in though.

almost never seen, Whippapotamus. I was fortunate to manage to just snap off these shots before it disappeared with a splash, leaving nothing but a trail of duckweed.......................and some traumatised tadpoles.

I dont know how to copy them now, it's changed, before I would click on embed and the code for forums would come up and I'd just copy it, but now it comes up with a different code and when I try, this is what happens <img style="visibility:hidden;width:0px;height:0px;" border=0 width=0 height=0 src="http://counters.gigya.com/wildfire/IMP/CXNID=2000002.0NXC/bT*xJmx*PTEyNjA5MzQzNTA1NTUmcHQ9MTI2MDkzNDQ3NTAxMiZwPTYzMDcy MiZkPSZnPTEmbz1kYTRjMzEyNDdiZTQ*Y2YwYjFhMDRmNjQzYTUxMGI1OCZv Z j*w.gif" />http://i49.tinypic.com/oppy1c.jpg can someone help me please?

Lensbaby And Buying Lenses From The United States
Kirislin replied to carebear's topic in Photos, Photos, Photos
Yep, bought my 30D last year from B&H in New York just before they discontinued it. It was under AUD1,000 so I didn't get hit with duty but you will if the price goes above AUD1,000. It arrived in 3 days! and am I right in thinking it's like a grey market, if anything goes wrong with a camera bought OS Canon Australia wont cover it in the warranty period?
