wow Schnauzer boy! I reckon Lance should pay you for that shot, it's brilliant. You better put a copyright water mark on it or you'll see it for sale somewhere and it wont be by you. Love your Acland st shot Bec, looks like the dogs are the best of mates. -
I've seen a pug/labrador, actually 2, they were litter mates.

this is a few days late. sorry I haven't been keeping up, life gets in the way sometimes. My beautiful sunflower is hatching out. I've never tried growing one before, I thought it would be too cold here, then I figured if I can grow pineapple plants I should be able to grow a sunflower. Next year I am going to have a whole lot of them in front of a North facing window. I love them now. -
found on another forum, pics of a lab/chihuahua cross!!!! got from a shelter, looking at the pics I believe they might be right too. http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=811676

Kirislin replied to bondichowchow's topic in General Dog Discussion
Is there a Chow Chow breed club, if so I wonder if they could help you with re homing him, if it comes to that. -
I wonder if she won...... I mean I wonder if her dog won.

Surely it's fake, .......................isn't it?

I love this thread. I have come to the conclusion that even though I wouldn't normally be attracted to Schnauzers, (sorry schnauzer lovers) they are incredibly photogenic little dogs. They have lovely eyes too. Just about every photo I've seen of them, they look gorgeous.

great photos! so they build their new house and will be having a little family soon, how sweet.
-
Far out! that is so dangerous! Maybe you should store anymore of them differently. I am glad he wasn't hurt, he could've been killed!
-
Whoa! so it's $75 US? just for those little tips and like you say, you then have to print it out? that just seems plain greedy to me.

mmmmmmmmmmmm! me too, in a nice clear soup! mmmmmmmmmmmmmm I didn't take the original photo, I've had it for over 20 years, I bought the original photo in a chemist in Airlie Beach (of all places) but I dont know who the photographer is. If this is a no no, let me know and I will remove it although I dont think I am breaking copyright, I am not making money out of this and I bought the photo that was being mass produced and sold. -
Moths, beetles, spiders, flies, Kibah eats them all.

OMG tlc!!!! I thought it was just whippet people who had this problem. I took this yesterday through a slightly grubby glass window and fly wire screen. She looked so cute, just watching the world go by. It has a vignette effect that I didn't do. I am not sure why it appears, I could actually see it when I took the photo. I used the 70-200. Perhaps I should use my new cloning skills to remove her little toys, an old flower pot and a dunny roll. the other version, I didn't do a great job, I can see two red gum leaves, one original, one cloned, might go back for another bash at this but for now it will do. I am just please I am finally starting to have a go. -
I've been fattening up a little whippet I am caring for. I am encouraging her to eat as much of her dry kibble breakfast and when she's had her fill of that I offer her a chicken wing. Same with evening meal, after she's eaten her fill, out comes the chicken wing chaser. I also offer her lamb ribs at least once per week.

thankyou both! I haven't got lightroom, and I dont know my way around Photo shop yet, I assume you can do the same things on it? yes? all I have to do is find it. I like the contrasty effect you've done with it kja.

Well it's only taken me almost 2 years but I am finally trying to utilse and learn some of the facilities on this damn computer. Using DPP, the program that comes with the camera my attempt to doctor a pic, the original had an ugly barbeque and a soccer ball in the background. Not the same pic but is shows the rubbish I removed. and I also had a little go with Photobucket. Tell me if I've been too heavy handed, first the original, then the edited, I think his eyes look a bit stary and his white stripe might be a bit too white in this one but I would appreciate some more experienced opinions please. I love the way PS allows you to retrieve detail from shadowy areas though. Oh, and please note my siggy, I wont have a hissy fit if you edit my photos.

Has something happened to her? -
That's a great thing to do to help them Ruth. To think of the suffering that little Kittykat endured is just unbearable.
-
wow, I bet if it was my council they'd take them to the pound every time and the owner would get a whopping fine.
-
what a great place, thanks for posting your pics.
-
what great photos, I'd like to be there right now.
