Will do :) -
Everything. they are fed raw but they are gutter mouths. Mosley once ate a whole box of bird seed and a bag of red lentils, he eats any cat poo he can find on walks and I once caught him chomping down on a dead baby bird Lili is less mingin but she's still a little piggy and will eat pretty much anything..

What people want to call their animals doesnt really bother me, I don't use the term personally, but I hate cheesy marketing like that anyway

How Do You Know When It's Time?
Dame Aussie replied to Kavik's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
Yes, I think that when the bad outweighs the good and when they can't live their life independently, as perse said. One of our dogs got to 17, was half blind and deaf but still running around, playing and loving life. All of a sudden she just started standing in rooms staring at the wall and getting lost around the house, even though she could still get around she was confused and wasn't loving life, no wagging tail, that was when it was time. , it isn't easy when they get old. -
I saw that too, and also cannot remember what it was called

"The Truth About Dogs" by Stephen Budiansky is great. Goes over domestication, social conventions and behaviour, great book!

Lesson #1 in parenting. Do not bring a dog with an unknown history (purchased from the pub no less) into your home and let it anywhere near your 6 day old baby. I don't know when people are going to learn

Weird Stuff Your Dog Is Frightened Of
Dame Aussie replied to apocalypsepwnie's topic in General Dog Discussion
Lili hates carbonated drinks being opened and also isn't as fussed if it's in the lounge, if it's in the kitchen she will bolt  She is also afraid of plastic bags, wheelie bins, the vacuum and went nuts the other day at some sky writing! We couldn't even hear the plane, -
Kirislin, she had a wonderful life with you, and you did the right thing for her when it was time, thinking of you
-
I'm so sorry Kirislin
-
Omg she's mad  the snorting!!!

Sorry to hear this Kirislin I would have done the same with the x rays also. Thinking of you both

Mosley won't eat his sentinel chews so I break them up and just chuck them down his throat and hold his mouth closed till he's swallowed -
Try not to worry but just keep an eye on the wound and see how he goes, if it was infected or anything it would be really red and tender for him. Little bugger, could have just been pushing his luck because he's 'sick'!
-
Hank! Very naughty! It could be due to things feeling different down there? Mosley did this once on our bed, only once, out of the blue, never again How does the wound look?

I agree good breeders should be able to ask what they like, it would just suck if all purebred dogs ended up costing the same as Frenchies and the like. I'd have to get a rescue if that was the case.
-
I hope breeders don't just decide to charge as much as possible as that will mean many people can no longer afford a purebred dog
