OMG! That is one VERY lucky dog!

Great photos guys!

Not to mention their skill for taking you out at knee level. They can be like a wombat on speed.. Staffords are DANGEROUS I tell you!! ;) I don't let my idoits go past any free roaming dog.. There is a house in my street that I give a complete miss, we will walk around the block most of the time.. As much as I love staffys and AM staftys.. This one does not give the breed a good name. It is HUGE and nasty looking, not to mention a temperament to match.. It is feral, and has junky owners... Of course, it could have been a lovely creature if things had been done differently.. It trys to jump over the fence to get you and your dogs, then it trys to dig under the fence... Then, it decides to break through the fence with your head.. In the 3 months they have lived at this house, they have stopped a number of people walking down the street, including myself, and have fixed their fence a handful of times.. With that said, my dogs aren't perfect. One would growl, one would bouncy across another dog, one would go off and do her own thing, and one would do laps around another dog. ;) ETA; I'd trust the three in my sig over my little malt cross.

Its beautiful! Well done!

Poor baby would have been in pain. He must be VERY thankful now though! Give him lots of cuddles from me. He's still a spunk.

It does go dead from time to time. Oh god. Do I dare ask what happened?

So many great photos. Poor Daniel though! He is still a cutie! Here's WIND.

Obedience And Training - Males Vs Females
Pointees replied to LisaB85's topic in General Dog Discussion
Hey poodlemum, we are opposites. I had a bitch in obedience, hopeless... But she is a Pointer too... She wasn't food driven, toy driven, praise driven... I've got another girl who is hopeless, but she has been show trained... So no sitting around people or food. I've got a little man, called Shaun, he is smart, and loves his food. Easy to train. And I have a GSP 10 month old boy who I have had for a month and a half now, and he is the smartest one of the lot. Willing to please, food, toy and praise driven. I love him to bits. -

My little man, Shaun, is on the couch... Currently the three big dogs, April, Alexis and Kaiser, are outside. Half the time April is outside, half the time she is inside asleep on her bed. ;) -
Poor Daddy! He was a beautiful dog, and a beautiful example of the breed.

Thanks, I had a look at their site, but I figured feedback from others would be better.

Poor baby. I took one of my dogs to the beach for the first time in his 3 years of being on this earth... He happily went into the water. I had to follow him in.. Which I found amazing, as he hates water at home, hates the rain, and HATES baths.

And upside down. Sorry for the view!

Love and Woman: Alexis and myself. She's my cuddle-bum.

I'm wondering if anyone on here has done or is still doing the Sunbury obedience club? Would you recommend them? Do they use positive training methods? What are their hours? Do they really get involved and help out if you are having trouble? Asking this, as I have been trying to get this dog to sit, and its just not happening, still. Do they have general info on the different breeds? Eg, gundogs and toys. Anything else would be lovely! Thanks in advance.

Distribution Of Single And Multi-dog Households.
Pointees replied to corrie's topic in General Dog Discussion
Voted. 4 dogs, in the outer burbs. One malt cross, 2 Pointers and a GSP. -
Sounds like he doesn't want to be home with them, so maybe its a good thing?

He is! Such a shiny coat, and a beautiful head on him! I have always had a soft spot for a Clyde. Great photos everyone! Very well done for the set ups and the actual shots.

Abbey is gorgeous, don't listen to idiots! I get people crossing the road to get away from me and my dogs... I don't own any of the bully breeds. I have also received the "lets cross the road, that staffy could run a mile" I don't own staffys, never have. I have Pointers! All I could do was laugh.

SecretKei, they don't give you any information or care sheets.. Poppydog, the Pets Good Direct near me has sold kittens before... Never went in there again.
