I have a puppy that is a frustration barker, I make sure she never relieves her frustration because she barked and she got what she wanted. If she's not constant then your neighbours don't have a case with the Council and I'd relax a little until you hear something from them or your dog is getting noisy. In regards to your dogs rewarding her for her barking can you play bamboo/brush/tarp along the barrier or put in a chicken wire barrier infront of the original barrier so they cannot reach her? Teach her to speak and then be quiet could also be beneficial.

I don't like to see dogs out in the heat of the day and for some reason the ones I see out are Staffies. My dogs lag after 15 minutes on a walk, although one is 10 and the other has Osteo.

Have you tried crate games? Another member with an 11 weeks Viz (maybe the litter brother) did this with theirs although from memory she did say he was happy in his crate before hand.

My allergic dog has them no issues. If the dogs don't touch them, I reccomend you saw them in half so the nice marrow is apparant to them.

Back to the absolute basics, she does not leave your sight at all and if you have to take her out every 20 minutes then that's what you have to do, correct and praise, make it high reward when she does the right thing. If she's sneaking off to toilet that would indicate to me that incorrect toilet training technique has been used before. If your relationship is already strained you might want to look at that contributing to stress in a dog that makes them out of whack with their typical behaviour.

Don't get GE, it's the worst possible one you can get and that's actually proven year in year out in Choice reviews. No Credit Card company likes you to be in the positive but you can if you put in extra money, just read the fine print to make sure you're not charged for that. If you want a 'nice' credit card look for low interest cards such as the Hong Kong Bank or facilities with low interest like Redi Credit. Really do your research because you can get stung pretty bad. How much are account keeping fees/monthly charges/annual charges etc.

My sisters Staffy does this and her Vets didn't have a clue what it is or what to do about it.
