  1. Sometimes you can find local raw honey in the strangest places.. I bought a jar of local stuff yesterday at a pub a couple of suburbs over from my house! Dozer is loving the honey and I've noticed a couple of his staffy rash prone spots are looking pretty good.
  2. I was so pleased to read the follow up story for this! Link here, I'm on my phone could someone please copy and paste for those who don't like links? http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3004343/Home-Stray-dog-Arthur-rescued-Ecuador-athletes-freed-quarantine-start-new-life-Sweden.html
  3. He's still so fluffy! He's getting a bit darker in colour and is looking like he's growing up so fast!
  4. I can't laugh, we went from a really lovely old Lexus to a commodore wagon so the dogs would have plenty of room..
  5. I keep checking back in hope of a 12 week old pic of smoke
  6. After posting that disgusting video glorifying dog fighting, I'm surprised (and a bit disappointed) that he's even still here Me too.. I saw that the post was removed but quite shocked that he's still posting. It seems we have a troll in the dungeons.
  7. Wow! A year later and it was still in good nick.. Great to hear they found the source of the problem and he's on the mend!
  8. Oh this is so true. I live in an area where there are always dogs off leash in the streets. We only walk our boy in the dead of the night to avoid being charged by offleash dogs.
  9. SM, I had the same experience with my boy, he loved everydog and then at 10 months, he just changed.. It broke my heart, and I love Amstaffs but will probably never get another after he is gone.
  10. Naaaaw what a cutie. If I were to get a little dog it would be a westie!
  11. I'm off to the markets this weekend to get some raw honey for my sensitive amstaff. I'm hoping in combination with virgin coconut oil it'll help his skin, coat and sensitive tummy a little. Well honeycomb smushed into hot toast with lashings of butter for me as well is a bonus.
  12. Unfortunately our amstaff boy is extremely dog aggressive, despite training and socialisation. My partners cousin also has an amstaff that is amazing with other dog, said cousins partner has a staffy, that is dog aggressive though. It unfortunately seems to be quite common, but can go either way with both staffies and amstaffs. I'd look at an adult rescue dog, that has been tested with other dogs.
  13. For the first time in my life I don't want the black version of something.. I'm very much considering when I next get paid
  14. Aww, Grace is perfect. Greyhounds are just my type of dog. The flower picture of grace is a brilliant on.
  15. He's adorable!! And I love his colour, and those ears! I second that more pictures are required!
  16. I love the crazy greyhound ears! They honestly make me very happy whenever I see one with its ears just doin' their own crazy thing.
  17. Ivory coat seems to be loved by all that try it. It is on the rather pricey side though.
  18. Really?!? Wow, that totally spun me out! Still, what an amazing dog!
  19. What an amazing dog, the bond with his owner is so strong and he looks like such a happy boy.
  20. He's just so little and cute, and that face!!
  21. I fed Dozer more of the tripe this morning.. It was like being punched in the face when I opened the bag.. I may have just got a smelly batch or I've been hanging out in t pregnancy threads too much and caught the overly sensative sense of smell :p I'd prefer the former to the latter, in any case!
  22. I was just about to post the same method. It seems to be a winner for the stubborn pups
  23. Oh wow CC they were some fast zoomies!
  24. The sealed unopened bag was sitting in the treat cupboard, I could still smell it! I've put it in the garage, now that it's opened. That was so gross, but Dozer completely spazzed out for it, was taking to me and crying to be allowed to start eating. To say he loved it may be an understatement.
