Wonderful photograph. Those dogs look so happy, invigorated, loved, being allowed to be dogs ........ every thing that so many dogs are missing out on in today's world. And the little one ---- is this the pose you want, or should I tilt my head the other way?

Thanks DDD  ,

I agree, it is so satisfying to see dogs having fun. :) It is funny that the one that looks small with head tilted is actually a 12 month old Malamute x Ridgeback and currently weighs 42kg

Malamute X Ridgeback  . Some people need to be very severely chastised. :(

Agreed :( , the dog was a rescue though and some crazy mixes seem to be coming from the far north. The owner is very good with her though. I think she will be okay as the owner seems to be putting a lot of work into ensuring the dog is well socialised and behaves herself. Fingers crossed that no DA develops as this is going to be a big and powerful dog. I think this mix has the propensity to be dog and sex aggressive, but things seem to be going okay for now.

I'm glad the owner is working for the dog. Both breeds can be wonderful so hopefully those traits will be the dominant ones.

Little anecdote. Many years ago, I was a volunteer dog walker at a small Sydney pound. A young couple joined the walkers and would bring their gorgeous and very large Malamute. One time we had a little puppy - I can't remember the breed but a largish breed - who was so sweet and playful and the Malamute was just amazing with the puppy: lying down on the ground to get to puppy's level, playing ever so gently, but allowing the puppy to go all out.

LOL. Yep, get ya act into gear, Yonjuro.

Bahahahaha - sorry, Tigs been on school holidays... got a message from his Mum last night saying we MUST meet up tomorrow morning as the poor fella is missing his best mate and letting her know about it LOL

Not a Tigger and Ronin adventure, but today was a Ronin adventure nonetheless - We had our very first go at Dryland Sledding. Ronin pulled in the harness straight up and it was amazing to feel the power. Weather was warm so we had a few very short runs to get the feel of it.

That looks like a blast. Ronin looks like he has taken to that already. How did you get him to run in front of you Yonjuro? And keep going. I notice there is another lead going of his collar. Is there someone else running along with him? Knowing my 2 they would run in front of me for a short distance but would keep running back to me. So we wouldn't get very far I'm thinking
