She is a tough old thing ...and it does hurt to see her sleeping the sleep of the deaf and ancient - but , she is where she wants to be :)

and that in the end is what is of the utmost importance.. bless her. The oldies certainly have the art of heart stealing down pat...

She is so funny ..(to us) and so serious. In her mind she is still top dog and able to stand up for herself ... in reality she has almost no voice - not many teeth and a tendency to fall if taking a sharp corner ;) The younger ones DO still fall into line ..and she can still sneak her way to where the left over cat food is ;)

poor old wobbler is recovering from a vestibular problem .. she was unable to do anything much for a few days - eyes flicking, severe head tilt , etc ... now she is back to thinking she's boss , even tho a growl sounds like a hiss :o ..and although her balance is not brilliant - she can still enjoy a walk , left over crusts for brekkie , and is keen to 'referee' the younger dogs at play.
