and all different colours .... :) SO glad he's back home :) Thanks Perse - he's got a belly full of good dinner and is snoozing next to me. Its soooo good to have my beautiful old man home. Yes choosing colours for the three of them will be fun!!! What do you suggest?? Red, Purple and dark blue?

Upstairs/Downstairs? Do you have provision for dog to toilet outdoors without you having to walk it outside? Are you happy to take dog to obedience classes or sports ?

It sounds like sheath and/or penis head infection probably ... vet visit is a good plan . he may need AB's , and also regular cleaning of the area with saline or something the vet prescribes.

Millie is such a great lab ambassador ..... she is (almost) perfect .... with kids & animals ..loves little lambs and will follow them around like a maremma . When her people are away , she sits in her chair on the verandah and keeps watch .... unfortunately a new pup has been introduced ..a male kelpie - working dog - and he tends to lead her astray a bit ;)

Nature's Gift canned ? My CATS , who normally won't touch canned 'muck' love the dog variety!!! I use it for sickies or oldies :) Then you could add some yoghurt etc

What does he look like ? Can you feel ribs? Is he built like a wombat? What dry food are you feeding? What fresh meat/bones does he get ? I would suggest 2 meals a day ... for a normal good weight healthy pup of that age ..but without seeing your dog's condition, or knowing the brands of food , it's purely guesswork as to quantities

Vet check is always a suggestion ... however, feeding two smaller meals could be tried - he may just be empty!

My Hamlet was almost always walked that way ..and it meant my hands were free for cameras, etc as well :)
